132 Burial crypt US09542313 2000-04-04 US06324793B1 2001-12-04 Michael Dean Klanke
A crypt lid with lifting means for applying a vertical force to lift the lid is provided. The lid is preferably cast of concrete with one or more lifting holes extending vertically through the lid. The holes may be lined with a corrosion resistant material, such as a hard plastic, PVC, or other suitable material. The lining is preferably threaded, and sealing plug is adapted for threaded engagement with the lining of the holes. The plug is provided with a recessed drive receptacle and preferably fits flush with the surface of the crypt lid. This feature prevents damage to the plug, the lining, or the lid itself when a crypt is exhumed with heavy machinery like a backhoe. An easily removed privacy partition between upper and lower sections of the burial vault is also provided.

137 Burial casket with security lock US11789166 2007-04-24 US07398582B1 2008-07-15 Joel VerPlank
The invention is a lockable burial casket. The lockable burial casket contains a lockable obstruction device for blocking the movement of the bar. The bar is supported by a bracket mounted on the casket. This bracket may contain a groove along the path of movement of the bar. When the catches on the bar engage connectors on the lid, the lockable obstruction device can be placed into a locking position which prevents the catches from unengaging the connectors on the lid. This may be done by inserting the lockable obstruction device within the groove.
138 Hardware for burial casket US455326 1995-05-26 US5561892A 1996-10-08 John P. Biondo

139 Fluked burial devices US123911 1987-11-20 US4856451A 1989-08-15 Peter Bruce
A marine anchor comprises a fluke with a shank attached to the fluke to enable the anchor to be joined to an anchor cable. Additionally there is provided a soil barrier plate located aft of the rear of the fluke but above the level of the fluke, with a soil passage between the barrier plate and the fluke. The barrier plate is set an angle to the fluke, and the barrier plate and the associated soil passage are arranged so as to function in a manner enabling the anchor to operate effectively and without adjustment in cohesive soils such as mud even when the fluke is set (say at an attack angle 0.degree. of 30.degree.) for optimum operation in non-cohesive soils such as sand, without substantially detracting from the performance of the anchor in non-cohesive (sand) soils.
