In a pull clip for hooking the collar support on a collar harness, there is fastened on a perforated rod (101), in its extension, a stationary hook-like annular eye (102) with an eye opening (121). A second annular eye (103) is, in relation to this first annular eye, pivotable about an axis (104) which is arranged on the rod parallel to the plane of the eye (102). This annular eye (103), which has its eye opening (131) on the other side from the eye (102), is fastened on a plate (133) which is correspondingly located pivotably on the axis (104). In the closed position, these eyes lie against one another and together form a ring closed on all sides. With the tensile stresses which occur in practice, an unintentional opening of the hooking eyes is excluded.

The sulky shaft is coupled to a part of the harness, having end buckles for joining it to the remainder of the harness and a holder pin which passes through a hole in the holder unit. The cylindrical sleeve is located at the end of the holder unit and receives the shaft which is held in place there by a pressure plate thrust up against the shaft by a threaded spindle, having a locking nut. A ring at the upper outer side of the sleeve has a guide rod passed through it. A split pin located in a borehold in the holder pin secures the shaft and holder in place.
