87 Non-rotating T-nut and screw catch for use in a chair panel and method for using the same US16526492 2019-07-30 US11306760B2 2022-04-19 Peter W. Barile; Todd Edward Helm
An oval-shaped T-nut that is received within an oval receiver machined into the upholstered panel to be secured to a chair frame is provided. The oval shape of the T-nut prevents the oval-shaped T-nut from rotating when a screw is driven into the T-nut. Further, this eliminates the necessity of stapling the traditional plastic T-nut to the chair panel, thus saving time and money associated with the manufacture of an upholstered metal frame chair. In addition to the oval-shaped T-nut described herein, a novel U-shaped screw catch is also provided which cooperates with a barbed nylon or plastic push rivet to secure the upholstered chair panels to one another. Further, a method for connecting upholstered seat back panels to the tabs positioned on the back frame of a chair, utilizing the T-nut and the screw catch is disclosed.

91 Connection node for modular building structures US16987641 2020-08-07 US10907342B1 2021-02-02 Leon Parkhouse; Andrea Vittadini; Matthew Charles John Clark; Simone Andreatta; Victoire Morgane Chloe Saby
A connection node assembly for use in connecting an upper prefabricated building module to a lower module. Hollow vertical edge supports of the building modules have top and bottom connection parts. A connecting bolt can be passed through the top part of an upper vertical support in the upper building module and seated within the bottom part of that vertical support with the shank extending downward. The shank engages a threaded aperture in a connecting nut secured within the top part of a corresponding lower vertical support in the lower building module. Diaphragm plates sandwiched between the upper and lower vertical supports are used to tie horizontally placed modules together.

A first connector removably connects the left side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets, and a second connector removably connects the right side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets.
94 LEG ASSEMBLY METHODS AND SYSTEMS US16319178 2017-12-19 US20200040926A1 2020-02-06 Michael Virgil Colston; Daniel A.C. Altenritter
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for assembling a device while maintaining the aesthetic appearance and structural integrity of a visible surface of the device. In one or more implementations of the invention, a system includes a first assembly piece with an assembly region that comprises an opening defined by first and second connecting elements. The system further includes a second assembly piece and a fastening assembly, where a portion of the second assembly piece is shaped to fit within the assembly region opening and the fastening assembly spans the first and second connecting elements to secure the first assembly piece to the second assembly piece, and tightening of the fastening assembly causes the second connecting element to deform, pressing a surface of the second assembly piece against an adjacent surface of the first connecting element and retaining a substantially even visible surface of the device.
95 ALUMINUM CABINET US15405672 2017-01-13 US20180094664A1 2018-04-05 SUNG-LI LAI
An aluminum cabinet is revealed. A plurality of positioning members is disposed on an upper edge, a lower edge and a middle part of an inner surface of two side plates. Two outer main plates are set between the two side plates respectively. An assembly block arranged at each of two sides of the outer main plate is mounted with an assembly member. The assembly member is mounted with and connected to the positioning member. An inner partition is arranged between the two side plates. A fixing block disposed on each of two sides of the inner partition is mounted with a fixing member. A fixing pin mounted in the fixing member is mounted with and connected to the positioning member. Thereby the connecting components are hidden after assembling. Thus not only the visual appearance of the cabinet is more pleasing, the sense of value is also increased.
96 STURDY LIGHTWEIGHT TABLE BASE AND METHOD US15798265 2017-10-30 US20180064240A1 2018-03-08 John Blick
A sturdy lightweight table support system offers advantages of self-squaring, sturdy design, a low unassembled volume combined with simple parts that enable easy assembly, a system that enables user specification of table size that will result in easily prepared components thus all but eliminating stocks of different sized components, and sturdy lockable height adjustments. The self-squaring is achieved with a corner bracket system that uses a corner bracket that is inset with respect to a cross member within which it is mounted so that bolted assembly will result in a large, even pressure about the butt end of the cross member against the post that is extremely resistive to angular displacement of the cross member with respect to the post in any direction.
97 MUSEUM SHOWCASE, HAVING A LOAD-BEARING FRAME COMPRISING TUBULAR BEAMS CONNECTED TOGETHER BY JOINTS THAT HAVE A RATIONALIZED STRUCTURE US15297059 2016-10-18 US20170367501A1 2017-12-28 Alessandro GOPPION

In this way, the showcase can be designed and built in a particularly quick and easy manner. Both the beams and the joints can be made starting from extremely simple and cost-effective semi-finished products (tubes and plates, respectively), with elementary processes, basically simple cuts to the desired sizes.

100 Mechanically interlocking frame assemblies US13273988 2011-10-14 US09016972B2 2015-04-28 Frank E. Oetlinger
A structural frame assembly is provided that includes mechanically interlocking components. The frame assembly has rails that interconnect with each other at joints that include brackets that engage the rails and nuts that are held in cavities of the rails that are connected to slots that extend through outer surfaces of the rails. Bolts may extend angularly through bores of the bracket and the slots of the rails to operatively engage a nut being held in the cavity. Tightening the bolts may draw the nut angularly through the cavity in a manner that automatically self-aligns the brackets and rails to establish precise joints.
