Manual pressure releasing and automatic pressure releasing are achieved by adjusting the same valve core, thus a more compact structure is achieved.

The hot and cold water supply pipes terminate in end walls (7) and have cylindrical side walls (13) adjacent the end walls with openings (14) extending radially through the cylindrical side walls (13). The mobile unit (10) is disposed intermediate the end walls (7) and moves axially, in response to unequal water pressure, in the bore between the end walls (7). Movement of the mobile unit (10) results in the cylindrical shells (12) either blocking or uncovering the radially extending openings (14) thereby equalizing the amount of hot and cold water entering the hot and cold water outlet pipes.

Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Atmungseinrichtung (12) als Membranventileinrichtung mit wenigstens einer elastisch beweglichen Auslassmembran (14) und wenigstens einer elastisch beweglichen Einlassmembran (16) ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die Einlassmembran (16) und die Auslassmembran (14) in ihrer Grundstellung in einer in Kontakt mit einem zugeordneten Ventilsitz (20) gekennzeichneten Schließstellung befinden und bei Vorliegen von jeweils einer einen Mindestdruckwert überschreitenden Druckdifferenz zwischen der Federkammer (10) und der Atmosphäre (18) in eine von dem Ventilsitz (20) abgehobene Öffnungsstellung zum Druckaufbau und Druckabbau in der Federkammer (10) gesteuert sind.

The enclosure, which provides for temporarily confining and directing fluids discharged from the pressure relief device, is pre-assembled leaving a clearance space so that the pressure relief device can be mounted on the housing with the enclosure system in place. A peripheral shield with an opening for attaching the enclosure to a discharge pipe or other duct work remains rotatable until deliberately secured in place. Components can be shared between the enclosure and the pressure relief device to provide a more efficient and cost effective design.
