A weapon which has a completely modular design. For this purpose, the weapon is subdivided into weapon-specific assemblies which are designed as carrier units of the components and/or of the modular assemblies of the weapon. A first assembly can be a modular weapon housing. Said weapon housing has a carrier unit into which a breech system of the weapon and its components are built. Another modular assembly is a weapon cradle. Into this modular assembly the weapon housing module with breech system is integrated. The weapon housing module can be complemented with the weapon barrel module. The components are connected to the modular assemblies and the modular assemblies to each other by means of rails and guides and complementary rails and guides for the assemblies, by binders and holders, by pins, bolts and quick release fasteners.

85 Automatic pistol US227511 1988-08-02 US4893546A 1990-01-16 Gaston Glock
A pistol has a frame, a barrel slidable on the frame and having a cartridge-receiving rear end, and a breech slidable on the frame and engageable over the rear end of the barrel to form a cartridge chamber. A standard slide carries the barrel and breech. A firing element and a firing pin operatively linked thereto are movable on the breech toward and away from the barrel between a rear position in which the firing pin is out of the cartridge chamber and a front position with the firing pin projecting forward into the cartridge chamber for firing a cartridge in the chamber when the firing element moves from the rear to the front position. A relatively strong firing spring braced against the firing element urges same into the front position and a relatively weak spring braced against the firing element urges same into the rear position. A trigger movable on the frame between an actuated and an unactuated position and an abutment engageable with the firing element and displaceable backward on the frame are linked together so as to displace the firing element back into the rear position on displacement of the trigger from the unactuated to the actuated position and to displace the abutment out of operative engagement with the firing element on displacement of the trigger into the actuated position for displacement of the firing element by the springs into the front position.
86 Bearing means for a gun barrel US380330 1982-05-20 US4483235A 1984-11-20 Sten Hallqvist
The invention relates to bearing means for a gun barrel (3) mounted in the breech casing of a weapon in which the breech casing comprises a sleeve member (2) enclosing a rear part of the gun barrel (3). The bearing means comprises a cylindrical sleeve (10) positioned between said breech casing sleeve member (2) and the adjoining external gun barrel surface. The sleeve (10) is provided with a spring part which consists of a plurality of finger springs (17) distributed about the peripheral surface of the gun barrel and engaging by the force of spring an enlarged cylindrical part (7) of the external gun barrel surface. This enlarged, cylindrical part (7) has such a length (d) in the longitudinal direction of the gun barrel that the finger springs (17) are engaged to said part (7) during the first phase of the recoil during which the shell, projectile or the like has not yet left the bore of the barrel (3). By means of this invention any play in the bearing means can be compensated so that the spread of shots is reduced.

88 Pistol barrel positioning means US3564967D 1968-09-09 US3564967A 1971-02-23 VIOLETTE PAUL A LA; KENNEDY RALPH C
An improved muzzle bushing and cam means for use in a firearm of the type in which relative motion occurs between the barrel and slide members. The bushing has a plurality of integral resilient fingers, each having at least one longitudinally curved surface thereon. The bushing and cam means are affixed to the slide members and barrel respectively such that motion between said barrel and slide members causes similar movement between said bushing and cam means, permitting the cam means to flex the resilient fingers. The fingers are radially interposed between the barrel and slide members such that each time said members return to battery position, the cam means cause the fingers to wedge the barrel and slide members into the same relative position.

96 DISPOSITIVO DE CHASIS EXTERNO CON ANCLAJE MÓVIL INTERNO PARA ARMAS LARGAS PCT/ES2018/070784 2018-12-05 WO2019115851A1 2019-06-20 DOMINGUEZ VAZQUEZ, Jose Antonio; DE CASTRO LEGIDO, Oscar
