摘要： A mechanism is described for facilitating adjustment of video encoding rates and adaption of views in computing environments according to one embodiment. An apparatus of embodiments, as described herein, includes logic to track data associated with movement of a computing device accessible to a user, and logic to evaluate the data and compare a latency with latency thresholds, where the data indicates the latency and the latency thresholds associated with a frame. The apparatus further includes logic to maintain a current video encoding rate, if the latency is lower than a first latency threshold and greater than a second latency threshold. The current video encoding rate is decreased if the latency is equal to or greater than the first latency threshold, where the current video encoding rate is increased if the latency is lower than the second latency threshold. The apparatus further includes logic to present the frame at the computing device including one or more of a wearable device and a mobile device.

摘要： Techniques are provided for spatial audio streaming using adaptive bitrate encoding and decoding in bandwidth limited virtual reality applications. A methodology implementing the techniques according to an embodiment includes calculating weight factors for audio channels associated with each of a plurality of microphones. The weight factors are based on the position and head angle, relative to the microphones, of a user wearing a head mounted display (HMD). The method also includes encoding and decoding the audio channels, for transmission to the HMD, at a selected bitrate, the bitrate based on the weight factor for the audio channel. The method further includes applying an adaptive gain compensation to each of the received and decoded audio channels, the gain compensation also based on the weight factor. The method further includes mixing the resulting gain compensated channels to generate a stereo audio signal to be played through speakers of the HMD.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a hydrophobic and oleophobic coating composition, which comprises the following components based on weight percentage: 0.1-15% of a fluorosiloxane, 1-30% of a polyacrylic resin, 0.1-15% of a silane coupler, 33-98% of an organic solvent, and 0.05-15% of an acid. By combining the polyacrylic resin and the fluorosiloxane which exhibits hydrophobic property, the present composition not only provides good hydrophobic property but also ensures durable hydrophobic property of the coating with the help of good adhesion of polyacrylic resin. The coating composition can form hard coating which has high glossiness and high transparency under relatively low temperatures and has a contact angle of 1 15-120°. This coating composition can be used on surfaces of substrates, such as automotive paints, metal, plastic and glass, and it can retain long lasting hydrophobic and oleophobic property even placed outdoors for several months, and it can also prevent the surface of the substrate from being scratched.
