    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant member for osteosynthesis of a femur having a greater trochanter fixation member which can be easily fitted to a greater trochanter part during an operation and is not deformed even by a large load transmitted from the bone after the operation.
      SOLUTION: The greater trochanter fixation member 12 consists of a movable part 21 and a fixed part 22, both of which are connected with each other via a connection shaft 23 so that an angle formed by them can be varied. A bearing part is formed at one member of the movable part 21 and the fixed part 22. The shaft 23 is integrally joined with the other member. This shaft 23 is rotatably supported by the bearing part. A bolt hole 25 having a female screw pierced through to an inner surface of the bearing part is also formed. A fixing bolt having a male screw screwed with this female screw is provided. This fixing bolt is fastened in to press and fix the shaft 23 to the bearing part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing appliance for the bone fracture of the proximal part of a femur capable of corresponding to various lug screw attaching angles required corresponding to the situation of operation and eliminating not only a restriction having to prepare many intramedullary rods corresponding to the different lug screw attaching angles but also the occurrence of the re-insertion work of the intramedullary rods during operation. Each of the lug screws 13 is formed into a rod shape so as to be inserted in the second through-hole 23 and has the screw part 24 threaded with the part 100a on the primal part side of the femur installed on its leading end side. An angle adjusting means is formed in the first through-hole 18 and the sleeve 12 to change the angle of inclination of each of the lug screws 13 with respect to each of the intramedullary rod 11.
