    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hydraulic pump technology normally forcibly feeding fluid in a constant direction automatically corresponding to the normal/reverse rotation drive of an input shaft, and also achieving the remarkable simplification of a structure and a reduction in size and weight by dramatically reducing the number of required components. SOLUTION: This gear pump 1 is configured as follows. A pressure-resistant chamber 24 with a pair of pump gears 3, 3 internally journaled in an engaged state with each other is formed in a pump casing 2 having a suction opening 25 and a delivery port 26. One-way clutches 40, 40 are mounted to the respective shaft ends 31, 31 in the same direction of the pair of pump gears 3, 3, and also a rotational direction alignment device 4 is formed for rotating both the one-way clutches 40, 40 in the same direction. The input shaft 6 performing normal/reverse rotational input is connected to any one of the one-way clutches 40 of the rotational direction alignment device 4 or a rotational force transmission mechanism 5 provided to the rotational direction alignment device 4.     • An image processing apparatus according to the present invention has: an apparatus main body whose external appearance is configured from an upper casing, a lower casing, and a link casing that vertically links the upper casing and the lower casing and that has a paper discharge opening for discharging paper on one side face; a paper discharge portion that is formed as a space between the upper casing and the lower casing and that is to store paper discharged from the paper discharge opening; and an operation panel portion that is disposed in a vertically tiltable manner on a front face of the upper casing.
