    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery case mounting structure capable of easily mounting a battery case on an appliance. SOLUTION: In this structure, a plurality of engaging projections 8 are disposed on either one side surface in the direction for inserting a battery case 7 or one side wall surface of an appliance 1 facing the side surface so as to shift in the inserted direction and a plurality of engaging holes 10 for fitting each engaging projections 8 is disposed on the other surface to fit each engaging projections 8 to each engaging holes 10. Thereby, the battery case 7 can be mounted in the steady state without shifting vertically. Stages 12 are disposed either one side surface of the battery case 7 or one side wall surface of the appliance 1, engaging parts 11 for engaging with the stages 12 are disposed on the other surface and the engagement between the stages 12 and the engaging parts 11 is releasable. Thereby, the engagement between the stages 12 and the engaging parts 11 can prevent the battery case 7 from shifting forward.
