    • PURPOSE: To ignite and operate a liquid fuel combustion device without moving a knob and a lever for adjusting an instantaneous ignition device. CONSTITUTION: The fuel feed pipe device for a liquid fuel combustion device is provided with a fuel regulating valve which travels between a startup position and an operating position, and which responds to the flow of liquid fuel passing through the fuel feed pipe device 41. When the fuel control valve 39 for the combustion device is opened, the fuel flow passing through the fuel feed pipe device 41 moves the fuel regulating valve to the startup position which regulates the fuel flow passing through a fuel inlet. Thus, air is sucked from an air inlet 86 to be mixed with the fuel. After the combustion device is started and the fuel is vaporized inside a generator 40, the fuel flow passing through the fuel feed pipe device 41 slows down. Then, the fuel regulating valve falls down by virtue of its own weight to the operating position where the fuel regulating valve does not regulate the fuel flow passing through the fuel inlet. As a result, the flow of air passing through the air inlet 86 is interrupted, and only the liquid fuel flows through the fuel feed pipe device.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a camp stove excellent in ignitibility in which flame is prevented from being blown out easily with wind by positioning the electrode of a piezoelectric ignition system adjacent the end of a pilot tube being inserted into a venturi tube and extending from a generator to the fuel inlet of a burner. CONSTITUTION: A pilot tube 101 extends rearward from a venturi tube 78 and extends forward toward a burner 65 while being curved smoothly through a bend of about 180 deg.. An air/fuel mixture flows around the 180 deg. bend of the venturi tube 78 and enters into a burner box 68 thence flows upward through an orifice comprising a burner ring. A part of the air/fuel mixture flows through a pilot tube 101 to the second end part 103 of the pilot tube where it is ignited by a spark being generated between an electrode 96 and one pointed tub 105 of the pilot tube when a piezoelectric ignition knob is turned. Flame at the end part of the pilot tube 101 passes through the venturi tube 78 and flows into the burner box 68 in order to combust main flow of the air/fuel mixture.
