Further, since sludge lateral leak preventing members 5d are arranged between both side parts of the hermetically closing lid 5b and both side parts of the sludge charging port 5a, the water-containing sludge (b) is hard to spill or scatter to both sides of the sludge receiving hopper 5 at a time of the charging of sludge.
