    • PURPOSE: To lubricate/cool the bandbrake of speed changer sufficiently by collecting the low temperature oil adhered to the inner face of casing and feeding to the frictional portion between the bandbrake and the clutch drum then discharging the high temperature oil in the clutch drum directly to the outside.
      CONSTITUTION: The oil dispersed by the rotary member of an automatic speed changer will adhere to the inner face of casing 10 then flow along a continuous land 10a and drip continuously to the feed hole 14a of bandbrake 14. Since the casing has been cooled by the outer air, the oil temperature will lower to lubricate/cool the frictional face between the bandbrake 14 and the clutch drum 12 efficiently. The temperature of clutch plate 20 in multi wet plate clutch contained in clutch drum will rise but the lubricating oil at this section is discharged directly through a discharge hole 12b to the outside of clutch drum.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a high line pressure by constituting a diaphragm by using the material which reduces its elasticity at low temperature and obtaining a strong pushing force at the low temperature.
      CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm 14 is integrally formed by using fluorosilicone rubber 14b on the one surface of a basic cloth 14a and nitrile rubber 14c on the other surface. When the temperature of the diaphragm 14 lowers, the nitrile rubber 14c which constitutes the diaphragm 14 gradually loses elasticity, and hardens. When operation is restarted in this state, a throttle valve 12 is in the state where the valve is pressed to the most left side by the diaphragm 14 in which the nitrile rubber 14c is hardened, and the throttle valve 12 adjusts the highest oil pressure. Therefore, the highest line pressure can be adjusted by a regulator valve.
