    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate generation of large errors of the flow rate measured value even when an abnormality is generated in a flowmeter of one oil feed system in the case of feeding oil liquid from two oil feed lines into one oil feed nozzle. SOLUTION: When a high discharge oil feed nozzle 26 is taken off from a nozzle hanger 28, pump motors 18 and 19 are driven, a first elector valve 35 is opened and a second selector valve 36 is closed by a control device 40. When the oil feed nozzle 26 is opened, oils fed from first and second oil feed system lines 14 and 15 are joined together through a bypass system line 34 and fed into a fuel tank 38. The flow rate values measured by respective flowmeters 20 and 21 provided on the oil feed system lines 14 and 15 are compared with each other and whether the difference between the measured values measured by respective flowmeters 20 and 21 is beyond the given values or not is judged by the control device 40. When the difference between respective flowmeters 20 and 21 is beyond the given values, the operation of one of oil pumps 16 and 17, whichever of less value, is discontinued.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check a water splay nozzle inside a tunnel with a small number of workers without interrupting traffic. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a container 15 for individually surrounding a water spray nozzle 2 inside a tunnel 1, a gas/liquid separating tank 16 communicating to the container 15, a drain pipe 18 communicating to the gal/liquid separating tank 16, and a flow meter 19 for measuring the flow rate of water passing through the drain pipe 18. By spraying water from the water spray nozzle 2 while individually surrounding the water spray nozzle 2 with the container 15, water is collected into the container 15 and send to the gas/liquid separating tank 16. Only the water flows through the drain pipe 18 and is drained, the flow rate of water passing through the drain pipe 18 is measured, the flow rate of water sprayed from the water spray nozzle 2 is detected without sprinkling water over the road, the mesh clogging of the water spray nozzle 2 or the like is detected, and the water spray nozzle 2 inside the tunnel 1 can be checked with a small number of workers without interrupting traffic.
