摘要： A novel phakic intraocular lens implantation without viscoelastics and an instrument thereof. The special designed instrument is employed to achieve a purpose of maintaining an anterior chamber only with a perfusion liquid in the surgery, so as to get rid of the influence of the viscoelastics completely. The viscoelastics are not used, so that there is no need to inject the viscoelastics or remove the viscoelastics as in traditional methods, the surgery time is shortened such that total time of surgical procedures from incision construction to incision hydration can be reduced to only 1˜3 minutes, and viscoelastic-related complications, such as postoperative high intraocular pressure and lens opacity, are completely avoided.

摘要： A holster system that comprises a holster and an accessory configured to be fixed to a mounting rail of a handgun. The holster has a holster body with a pair of opposing wall portions defining a cavity. Each wall portion has an inwardly projecting rib dividing the cavity into an upper first cavity portion and a lower second cavity portion. The first cavity portion is dimensioned to receive various handgun makes and models in a spaced relationship from three sides thereof. The second cavity portion is configured to receive the accessory so that a conforming engagement is formed between the accessory and the holster body. A stop surface of the holster body engages a forward facing surface of the accessory upon insertion of the handgun with accessory into the holster body thereby providing a seating position of the handgun and accessory in the holster body. A retention mechanism of the system has a blocking portion movable between a blocking position and a non-blocking position. The blocking member at least inhibits removal of the handgun and accessory if the handgun and accessory are urged rearwardly before a thumb receiving portion is depressed. The blocking portion is on a spring member that is deflected by an elongate exteriorly extending sliding member that has a cam surface that deflects the spring member from the blocking position.

摘要： A method for improving an OCT image of an object such as the retina of an eye, using optical coherence tomography by an imaging beam path. In order to suppress shadowing effects due to a surgical instrument moved in the imaging beam path, a time series of OCT images is produced. For an OCT image to be corrected, an area of the object lying in the image and shadowed by the instrument is determined. Another earlier OCT image in which the area of the object is not shadowed is searched in the time series. Image information for the area of the object is read from the earlier OCT image. A corrected OCT image is produced by inserting the read-image information into the OCT image to be corrected, wherein in the OCT image to be corrected, the image information replaces the area of the object which is shadowed by the instrument.

摘要： A motor includes a rotation shaft, a stator, and a rotor. The stator includes an armature winding and a stator core including a main core portion with an axial stack of core sheets and a magnetic plate on an end thereof. Each core sheet includes a tooth formation portion around which the armature winding is wound. The magnetic plate includes a stacked portion and an axially extending portion. The stacked portion stacked on the axial end of the main core portion and includes an end located toward the rotor. The axially extending portion extends toward the outer side in the axial direction from the end of the stacked portion located toward the rotor and is opposed to the rotor in a radial direction of the motor. The axially extending portion is shaped to be magnetically skewed in a circumferential direction relative to the tooth formation portion and the stacked portion.
