    • Disclosed herein is an apparatus for measuring adhesive and frictional properties of a polymer hemisphere relative to a contact plate provided in the apparatus. The apparatus comprise a body having a movable table installed to move along an X-axis and Y-axis and a vertical column positioned at a rear side of the movable table, a sample mount provided on the movable table and having a mirror to reflect surface images of a horizontal contact plate, a head assembly located at a front side of the column and having a polymer hemisphere used to press a surface of the contact plate to implement an adhesive force test, a camera device located at a front side of the mirror to capture the surface images of the contact plate during the adhesive force test, and a control device for analyzing various data inputted thereto during the adhesive force test.

    • A digital broadcasting system and a method for processing data in the same are disclosed. A method for controlling a digital television (DTV) located in one independent space among a plurality of independent spaces physically separated from one another is disclosed. The DTV includes an access point (AP) card. The method includes receiving independent space identification information recorded in a storage area of a compact wireless device and a wired equivalent privacy (WEP) key value of the AP card, receiving the WEP key value corresponding to the AP card of the DTV from a management server, comparing the WEP key value received from the compact wireless device with the WEP key value received from the management server, receiving first checklist information associated with the use of the independent space from the management server, if the WEP key values are identical to each other, displaying the received first checklist information, and transmitting second checklist information, in which one or more elements of the displayed first checklist information is marked, to the management server.

    • An apparatus and method for transmitting multimedia objects in DMB is disclosed to reduce transfer delays and transfer errors during a multimedia object transfer by using a multimedia object transfer protocol in the digital multimedia broadcasting. The method for transmitting multimedia objects comprises; scheduling to-be-transmitted multimedia objects based on a pre-set number of iterative transfer times in such a manner that no identical multimedia objects are consecutively transmitted; inserting the scheduled multimedia objects into a transfer queues; and transmitting the transport queue-inserted multimedia objects to a Digital Multimedia Broadcasting receiving terminal via a multimedia object transfer protocol. As a result, transmission errors that occur during transmission of the multimedia objects to the digital multimedia broadcasting receiving terminal using the multimedia object transfer protocol can be prevented.
