In this exemplary embodiment, the first bi-layer consists essentially of a first high impedance layer and a first low impedance layer, and the second bi-layer of a second thickness which is different from the first thickness, the second bi-layer consisting essentially of a second high impedance layer and a second low impedance layer. Preferably, the first bi-layer is configured to substantially reflect a first wavelength and the second bi-layer is configured to substantially reflect a second wavelength different from the first wavelength.

摘要： In example embodiments, a method, system and article for decompressing compressed video data in a processor having at least two pipelines, including obtaining a plurality of raw data bits from a compressed video data stream; extracting one or more components from the plurality of raw data bits by analyzing the plurality of raw data bits in a look-up table; and directing the components of the compressed video data into one of the pipelines for processing purposes based on the analysis. In another example embodiment an apparatus includes a microprocessor; memory; a communication adapter, capable of transmitting and receiving data over a communication network; a microphone, speaker, and a display device; and logic encoded in a tangible medium which when executed is operable to decompress compressed video data received from the communication network utilizing a look-up table.

摘要： The invention teaches a purification system which uses a series of operations, in a single unit, to purify air, while extending the life of the purification units. Air is passed through a coarse water trap to remove liquid. The semi-dry air, is then passed through adsorbers, which remove the remaining moisture and all the carbon dioxide in a purification process. The present invention flows the air to be purified through adsorption columns twice, before and after passing the air through an oxygen catalyst unit. The flows of air are then rotated to a third column, which is thermally regenerating with the facilitation of a regeneration air supply from the purified air.

摘要： The invention provides a variety of therapeutic uses for CXCR4 antagonists. In various embodiments, CXCR4 antagonists may be used as therapeutically as follows, or to manufacture a medicament for such therapeutic treatments: reducing interferon gamma production by T-cells, treatment of an autoimmune disease, treatment multiple sclerosis, treatment of cancer, inhibition of angiogenesis. The invention provides corresponding methods of medical treatment, in which a therapeutic dose of a CXCR4 antagonist is administered in a pharmacologically acceptable formulation. Accordingly, the invention also provides therapeutic compositions comprising a CXCR4 antagonist and a pharmacologically acceptable excipient or carrier. The CXCR4 antagonists for use in the invention may be peptide compounds comprising a substantially purified peptide fragment, modified fragment, analogue or pharmacologically acceptable salt of SDF-1.

摘要： In accordance with various aspects of the invention, CXCR4 agonists, including SDF-1 polypeptides and SDF-1 polypeptide homologues, may be used in reducing the rate of hematopoietic cell multiplication. Methods of the invention may comprise administration of an effective amount of an CXCR4 agonist to cells selected from the group consisting of hematopoietic stem cells and hematopoietic progenitor cells. Cells may be treated in vitro or in vivo in a patient. A therapeutically effective amount of the CXCR4 agonist may be administered to a patient in need of such treatment. Patients in need of such treatments may include, for example patients requiring bone marrow or peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.

摘要： A voice web browser system includes a telephone, an access system coupled to a TCP/IP network, a telephone system coupling the telephone to the access system, and a speech-to-text system for “reading” text that had been sent over the TCP/IP network to the telephone user. Preferably, the access system receives TCP/IP packets from web pages accessible over the TCP/IP network and parses the HTML code of the web pages into text and non-text portions, such that the text portion can be read to the telephone user. A computer implemented process for obtaining web page information over a TCP/IP network includes implementing a connection of a telephone user to an access system that is coupled to a TCP/IP network, detecting a selection of at least one navigation command by the telephone user to access a web page accessible over the TCP/IP network, and navigating over the TCP/IP network to the web page in response to the navigation command, resulting in a verbal communication of at least some information derivable from the web page to the telephone user. A method for retrieving e-mail that was sent over a TCP/IP network includes calling from a user telephone to an access computer coupled to a TCP/IP network, providing user identification to the access computer, retrieving e-mail via the access computer that was sent over the TCP/IP network and addressed to the user, and reading the e-mail to the user of the user telephone utilizing a text-to-speech system.
