    • A semiconductor integrated circuit design method has extracting connection-permitted patterns which are permitted to connect to each other in a layout pattern, disconnection-permitted patterns which exercise no effect on a circuit operation even when disconnected in the layout pattern, and a multicut via which suffices when connection is made to at least one via thereof in the layout pattern, by using a net list and a cell library; conducting LRC (Lithography Rule Check) processing on the layout pattern to which a correction pattern resulting from OPC (Optical Proximity Correction) processing is added, and detecting an error part; and judging the error part either as a false error when the error part is included in the connection-permitted patterns, the disconnection-permitted patterns, or the multicut via extracted, or as a true error when the error part is not included in the connection-permitted patterns, the disconnection-permitted patterns, or the multicut via extracted, and making a pattern correction to the error part when the error part is judged as the true error.

    • Erroneous insertion of a battery into an imaging device resulting from downsizing of the battery is prevented. In a battery loading and unloading mechanism for loading and unloading a battery 2 formed in a flat rectangular parallelepiped and having an almost square main surface to and from a device (an imaging device 1) to be detachable equipped with the battery 2, the battery 2 is formed with projecting portions 26, 27 at longitudinal both ends of a back surface thereof and along the back surface, the back surface being a surface opposite to an insertion surface of the battery inserted into the device, whereby even the battery formed in a flat rectangular parallelepiped and having the almost-square main surface can be prevented from being erroneously inserted into the device. The projecting portion 27 has an inclined surface 271 acutely inclined with respect to the back surface, ana when the battery 2 is unloaded from the device, unloading of the battery 2 from the device is accelerated by the inclined surface 270 undergoing contact pressure of the retaining means. The device is formed with a notched portion 122 which is adapted to expose the other projecting portion 26 of the battery 2 when the battery 2 is loaded, thereby facilitating unloading of the battery.

    • Closure opening/closing apparatus constructed that a slide hinge (43) provided with two hinge portions (43a) and (43b) parallel to each other is supported rotatably at one hinge portion by a shaft to a closure body (41) for opening/closing an opening (21c) provided in a hardware housing (21), and a spring member (46) having coil portions (46a) and (46b) as a spring energizing section, each corresponding to the two hinge portions (43a) and (43b), is attached to the slide hinge (43).
