    • A roadway system for energy generation and distribution is presented. In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, the roadway system comprises a plurality of ground-based wind energy generating devices, one or more roads, and a roadway system electricity grid. The roadway system may additionally include, for example, a plurality of ground-based solar energy generating devices, one or more vehicle-based solar energy generating devices and one or more vehicle-based wind energy generating devices. The energy generating devices are connected to the roadway system electricity grid and substantially all of the ground-based wind energy generating devices are positioned on part of one of the roads or near to one or more of the roads to thereby allow energy generation from wind created from passing vehicles in addition to energy generation from atmospheric wind.

    • A system, and method for use thereof, for authentication. The system may generate an image in a three dimensional coordinate system, for example a three dimensional lock. A sensing system may sense a user interaction with the image. The user interaction may include a user selecting a sequence, or code, of alphanumeric characters. The sensed user interaction may be correlated with the three dimensional coordinate system. The correlated user interaction may be compared with a predetermined authentication pattern. The predetermined authentication pattern may be a preset alphanumeric sequence indicating an allowed access. The system may also provide a user authentication if a match exists between the correlated user interaction and the predetermined authentication pattern. The system may be used for interconnecting or communicating between two or more components connected to an interconnection medium (e.g., a bus) within a single computer or digital data processing system.

The system may be fee-based, advertising-based, membership fee-based, or may charge a royalty per transaction, and may collect and distribute licensing fees. License progress may be tracked. Licensed content may be delivered and tracked online, and confirmed by licensees by accountings. The system may track royalties based upon these uses, with payment reminders sent to licensees when payments are due, and default notices in the event of late or missed payments.

    • In this editing and mixing environment, the graphical form is a direct and exact model of the audio recording. Thus, there is a one-to-one relationship between the manipulation of an audio recording, via manipulation of the graphical form, and the resulting edited audio recording. The audio editing system relates audio to a visual graphical form by providing a tactile dimensionality and functionality to translate the form into an edit and/or mixing audio process and result. In this manner, a user may not only hear the representation of the music that has been edited or mixed, but may also see the representation of the audio in representative graphical form. The form may be manipulated by a user in logical scale to the sound so that the user may learn the traits and tools of the editing system.
