摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a film that is used as one layer of a multilayer structure articles such as a laminated glass, and a solar cell module, and prevents the intrusion of bubbles and the generation of unfilled portions at the edge portions of the film; and a multilayer structure articles obtained with the use of the film. A polyvinyl acetal resin film, having a thickness distribution in the width direction of 10% or less, and a volatile matter content of 1.0 mass % or less, in which as to a portion of 5% of the total width inside from each of both edges in the width direction, when each portion is heated at 150° C. for 30 minutes, the larger value of the heat shrinkage in the flow direction that is parallel to the film and perpendicular to the width direction is referred to as heat shrinkage MD1, and the other value is referred to as heat shrinkage MD2, and when central portion in the width direction of the film is heated at 150° C. for 30 minutes, the heat shrinkage in the flow direction that is parallel to the film and perpendicular to the width direction is referred to as heat shrinkage MD3, all the heat shrinkage MD1, heat shrinkage MD2, and heat shrinkage MD3 are 3 to 20%.

摘要： In a processing plant for producing plastics material granulate, the start-up takes place in such a way that a screw machine is firstly driven by means of a drive device and then plastics material to be processed is fed by means of a metering device into the screw machine. At least one conveying position of the plastics material in the screw machine is determined by means of a control device by evaluating at least one measuring signal. Depending on the conveying position determined, a granulating device is activated and put into operation. The method according to the invention allows a direct start-up of the processing plant without the use of a start-up valve. This ensures an easy and safe start-up of the processing plant.

The polyethylene blend-composition suitable for blown films according to the present invention comprises the melt blending product of: (a) from 0.5 to 6 percent by weight of a bimodal linear low density polyethylene having a density in the range of from 0.935 to 0.970 g/cm3, and a melt index (I2) in the range of from 0.3 to 5 g/10 minutes; (b) 90 percent or greater by weight of a monomodal linear low density polyethylene having a density in the range of from 0.910 to 0.950 g/cm3, and a melt index (I2) in the range of from 0.1 to less than or equal to 5 g/10 minutes; (c) optionally from 0.5 to 4 percent by weight of a low density polyethylene having a density in the range of from 0.915 to 0.935 g/cm3, and a melt index (I2) in the range of from greater than 0.8 to less than or equal to 5 g/10 minutes, and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) in the range of from 6 to 10; (d) optionally a hydrotalcite based neutralizing agent; (e) optionally one or more nucleating agents; and (f) optionally one or more antioxidants.

摘要： The invention discloses a technical process to prepare a self-reinforced starch composite used to produce capsules. This composite is made by uniformly mixing the matrix phase and the particulate reinforced phase at a proper proportion, the former being one or a combination of the starches selected from the group consisting of oxidized starch, cationic starch and esterified starch; and the latter, cross-linked starch or starch nanocrystals. This composite is processed into the forms of granules, films, or sheets by extrusion method and these different forms of the composite can be used to replace the gelatin as the raw material of capsules because its barrier property, processability, and mechanical properties are significantly improved.

摘要： The invention relates to a process to regulate the film thickness of tubular film manufactured using a film blowing process, wherein the film is laid flat and repositioned using an oscillating take-off unit and subsequently monoaxially oriented in machine direction using an orientation unit. This process produces a film whose thickness profile has as few deviations as possible from the average film thickness across the film width. This result is achieved by setting the film thickness profile of tubular film produced with a film blowing line such that after orientation and as a result of deviations during orientation, a film thickness profile develops that is uniform across the entire film width.

One or more portions of the one or more extrusion screws, one or more barrel sections, and/or one or more extruder work zones may be temperature controlled to maintain a temperature of the polymeric mixture in contact therewith at or below the liquefication temperature of the polymeric materials. The liquefication temperature may be a melting point of a semi-crystalline polymer or a glass transition temperature of an amorphous polymer.
