摘要： A inventive method to process an organic compound with a thermoplastic alloy composition comprising of a high heat hydrophilic polymer, a polyolefin, preferably with a compatibilizer that is without maleic content. A compressed pellet will be generated at low temperatures for producing a cellulose thermoplastic alloy composition improving the ability to color and replace existing compositions that are challenged by toxicity and performance. This composition can be re fractured into fine particles if necessary, to produce 3 D printed parts well beyond the degradation of the specified organic compound for cosmetic, automotive or medical markets.

摘要： The present invention provides a fiber base sensor and the fabricating method thereof. More specifically, one of the main goals of the present invention is to solve the problem existing in the prior art of the failure of forming a plurality of nano-particles on the surface of the fiber base sensor evenly by utilizing self-assembly process with the nano-imprint process. Furthermore, the another goal of the present invention is to provide detail parameters required in the said nano-imprinting process for avoiding the efficiency drop caused by over-embedding the nano-particles into the fiber based sensor.

摘要： An apparatus and a method are provided for a packaging and liquid stabilizing material suitable for dispensing and drying into a desired shape. In some embodiments, the desired shape may be selected so as to simplify cleanup of the packaging and liquid stabilizing material after having absorbed a liquid spilled from containers during transportation in a larger container. A first portion of the packaging and liquid stabilizing material comprises latex-based waste which is formulated into a recycled latex emulsion. The latex-based waste generally comprises recycled liquid latex paint, as well as recycled semi-liquid latex paint and coatings. A second portion comprises a particulate material which includes a mixture of at least cellulose and lignin, such as sawdust. A third portion comprises additional components including any of various plasticizers, coloring agents, hardeners, drying agents, or solidifiers.

摘要： An apparatus and a method are provided for a latex-based packaging material configured to provide a dust-free alternative to vermiculite packaging materials. The latex-based packaging material comprises a portion of a latex-based waste formulated into a recycled latex emulsion, and a portion of particulate material into which the recycled latex emulsion is mixed so as to form a latex-based pulp. In some embodiments, additional components, such as any of various plasticizers, coloring agents, or hardeners, may be included in the latex-base pulp. The latex-based pulp is dispensed and dried so as to form the latex-based packaging material in a variety of desired shapes. Drying may be accomplished by way of unaided atmospheric evaporation, or by way of various conventional drying methods. In some embodiments, the desired shape of the packaging material comprises latex-based packaging peanuts suitable for separating and cushioning forces between containers during transportation in a larger container.

摘要： Provided is a friction material composition comprising: a binder; a fibrous base material; an abrasive material; an inorganic filler; and an organic filler, wherein the friction material composition further comprises: at least one selected from the group consisting of zinc, a cellulose fiber as the fibrous base materials and a flame retardant fiber as the fibrous base materials; an iron-based fiber as the fibrous base material in an specified amount; and an inorganic abrasive material having a Mohs hardness of 8 or higher and a particle size of 1 μm or larger as the abrasive material in an amount of 1 wt % or less. The present invention can provide a friction material composition which is less destructive to facing materials compared to conventional products, which has a high friction coefficient upon braking when used in repeated braking during high-speed traveling, and which is capable of suppressing pad wear and uneven pad wear, in the case that the friction material composition is formed into a brake pad for passenger cars. The present invention can also provide a friction material and a friction member using this friction material composition.
