摘要： Methods, apparatus, and systems create virtualized networks within a physical network. These virtualized networks can support multiprotocols such as iSCSI, RoCE, NFS, or other high performance protocols. The virtualized subnetwork may contain enhanced separation capabilities from the larger network as well as automated creation. A method is provided for forwarding iSCSI frames by a switch. The methods consist of receiving commands at the switch to configure the ternary content addressable memory (TCAM) tables from a software defined network controller. An iSCSI frame is received by the switch from a first iSCSI device coupled to the switch. The switch looks up and matches the received iSCSI frame by one or more of the fields in a TCAM table entry. The TCAM table entry preferably is added from a command send from the software defined network controller. The received iSCSI frame is forwarded to a second iSCSI device coupled to the switch.

Methods and devices for treating a cerebral aneurysm are described. The device may include a distal self-expanding resilient permeable shell, a proximal self-expanding resilient permeable shell, and an elongate support member positioned between the distal and proximal permeable shells. The elongate support member may be rigid or may be a coil, such as an extension spring. The distal and proximal permeable shells may be made from a plurality of braided filaments, the shells having different pore sizes. The device may also be a braided implant with a force biasing component, such as a coil or generally circular extension, attached to its distal end.

摘要： A system and method is provided for assembling and/or customizing a connector. Preferred embodiments of the present invention operate in accordance with a connector that includes a plurality of removable contacts, and a connector body that can be customized to mate with a corresponding, and similarly configured connector. In one embodiment of the present invention, a contact is connected to a wire and inserted into an aperture in a retainer. The retainer is then inserted into a connector body, thereby resulting in an increase in friction between the retainer and the contact, and a backshell is attached to the connector body. At least one key is placed in at least one keyway on the connector body, resulting in a user-programmable connector. The connector is then mated with a corresponding connector that is similarly configured. The connectors are then secured using either a latch or lanyard mechanism.

摘要： A method for providing and adjusting cerebral cooling in response to changes in a physiological parameter. A spray having a boiling point between 38-300° C. is delivered to the surface of a patient's nasal cavities. The spray causes cooling by direct heat transfer through the nasopharynx and hematogenous cooling through the carotids and the Circle of Willis. A physiological parameter, such as cerebral temperature, changes in cerebral blood flow or brain oxygenation is monitored. The delivery rate of the spray is adjusted in response to the physiological parameter.
