摘要： A wireless data transceiver comprises a local oscillator configured to generate a first time-varying signal of a first frequency at an output of the local oscillator. The transceiver further comprises a local oscillator interface circuit coupled to the local oscillator. The local oscillator interface circuit is configured to generate a second time-varying signal of the first frequency with negative conductance at an output of the local oscillator interface circuit. The negative conductance is generated based on capacitive degeneration. The transceiver further comprises a frequency mixer coupled to the output of the local oscillator interface circuit. The frequency mixer is configured to generate a third time-varying signal of a second frequency based on the second time-varying signal.

The system and method comprise receiving, from a server, a plurality of parameters, the parameters comprising an internal temperature of a structure, an external temperature, a utility pricing structure, and/or a user preference. The system and method may receive, by the server, a plurality of historical data related to the HVAC system and may generate a model. The model may be configured to determine a change to an operational state of the HVAC system needed to obtain an internal temperature set point. The model may be generated using a plurality of parameters received. The model may be revised iteratively. The system and method may receive, by the server, a plurality of additional parameters to revise the model. A signal may be set, by a server, to the HVAC system.

The content and messaging platform for delivery of the messages can be customized based on a classification established for each messaging relationship between a message originator and a message recipient. A message originator can utilize the personalized communications network to send messages to multiple message recipients, even if the message originator does not have knowledge of, or direct access to, the contact information for the message recipients. The collection of the messaging relationships established by a message recipient and message originators is a “personalized communications network.”

By deploying a cargo transport system constructed from a fiberglass cargo loading grid with one or more cargo restraining latches, the movement of cargo within the trailer or bed of the truck can be more efficiently restrained, thereby minimizing inadvertent exposure of personnel to accidents associated with the movement of the cargo and damage to the cargo during transport. The cargo restraining latch is a spring-loaded, multi-fingered mechanism that is selectively and removably inserted into a portion of the cargo transport system, thereby restraining any undesired movement of the cargo. Additionally, certain embodiments of the cargo transport system comprise a plurality of hinged folding panels with handles, providing an apparatus that is portable and reconfigurable, allowing for maximum flexibility.
