摘要： A method and system for transmitting a message to a terminal is provided, and the method for transmitting a message in a message transmission system including an Inter-Working Function (IWF) identified by a Representative Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network Number (R-MSISDN) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes transmitting, at transmission side, a message including the R-MSISDN and an address of a recipient terminal to the IWF; extracting, at the IWF, the address of the recipient terminal from the message; acquiring, at the IWF, routing information using the address of the recipient terminal; rebuilding, at the IWF, the message using the routing information; and transmitting, at the IWF, the rebuilt message to the recipient terminal based on the routing information. The method according to an embodiment of the present invention is advantageous to transmit a message in case where the recipient routing information is not provided.

摘要： A local breakout session establishment method and apparatus in an Evolved Packet System (EPS) is provided for an HeNB to efficiently route local IP packets. A local breakout service method for a wireless communication system including a macro evolved Node B (eNB) and a Home eNB (HeNB) having a Packet Data Network (PDN) gateway (PGW) and a serving gateway (SGW) includes selecting, at a Mobility Management Entity (MME), the PGW of the HeNB and transmitting a Create Default Bearer Request message to the HeNB in response to a local breakout service request message including a local breakout Access Point Name (APN); assigning, at the HeNB, an IP address to a user equipment transmitted the local breakout service request message and transmitting a Create Default Bearer Response message including a Tunnel Endpoint Identifier (TEID) to the MME; transmitting a Bearer Setup Request message including the TEID from the MME to the HeNB; and configuring, at the HeNB, a radio bearer with the user equipment and routing data transmitted by the user equipment through the radio bearer to an Internet Protocol (IP) network by means of the internal PGW.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for performing handover in a wireless communication system, and the handover method of the present invention includes checking, when a Path Switch Request message associated with a terminal is received from a base station, whether a list of terminal security information values which has been saved exists; generating, when the list exists, a Path Switch Request acknowledge message including an unused terminal security information value selected form the list; and transmitting the Path Switch Request acknowledge message to the base station. Through this procedure, it is possible to reduce the terminal handover signal load generated by the base station.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling transmission power of the base station in a wireless communication system and includes calculating signal-to-noise ratio of a target component carrier and recovering the signal-to-noise ratio to be equal to or greater than a threshold by increasing a transmission power to a predetermined level and requesting, when the signal-to-noise ratio is less than a predetermined threshold, a neighbor base station to decrease the transmission power. According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the inter-cell interference and improve channel utilization efficiency, resulting in improvement of the throughput of the wireless communication system.
