    • A method for preparing a low dielectric constant (low k) material and a film thereof is provided. The method includes the following steps. A substrate is first put into a plasma generating reaction system, and a carrier gas carrying a carbon and fluorine containing silicon dioxide precursor is then introduced into the plasma generating reaction system, so that the carbon and fluorine containing silicon dioxide precursor is formed on the substrate. After that, the carbon and fluorine containing silicon dioxide precursor is converted to a low k material film through heating; meanwhile, a stress of the low k material film is eliminated such that the film has a more compact structure. By means of these steps the carbon and fluorine containing silicon dioxide precursor is still capable of forming a low k material film of silicon dioxide containing a large amount of fluorocarbon, even under various different atmospheres.

    • An electronic device having a stowable display unit includes a housing, a slide element, a display unit, and a control module. The housing has a receiving space, and an opening at a front side of the housing. The slide element is disposed in the receiving space, and is connected slidably to the housing. The display unit is disposed in the receiving space, and is connected pivotally to a front end of the slide element. The control module includes an actuating mechanism connected to a rear end of the slide element, and a control unit provided on the housing and controlling operation of the actuating mechanism. The actuating mechanism is controllable by the control unit to activate movement of the slide element to move the display unit to a used position externally of the opening.

    • A clamping device is used for clamping an object. The clamping device includes a main body, an actuating mechanism, and two clamping arms. The actuating mechanism is disposed within the main body. The actuating mechanism includes a gear and cam, which are coaxial with each other. Each of the two clamping arms has an extension part. The two extension parts are engaged with two opposite sides of the gear. In a case that the engaging element is engaged with the cam, the two clamping arms are in an open status. In a case that the engaging element is disengaged with the cam, the gear is driven by the cam to be rotated. As the gear is rotated, the two extension parts are towed to be linearly moved. Consequently, the two clamping arms are switched from the open status to a clamping status.

    • A phase lock loop (PLL) circuit having a phase frequency detector (PFD), a coarse tune low-pass filter module, a voltage control oscillation (VCO) module and a feedback loop is provided. The PFD compares phases and frequencies of an input signal and a feedback signal. The coarse tune low-pass filter module is coupled to the PFD and used for low-pass filtering a control signal with a gradually narrowed bandwidth to generate a filtered signal. The control signal indicates the comparison result of the input signal and the feedback signal. The VCO module has a first VCO gain and a second VCO gain, and generates an output signal according to the control signal and the filtered signal. The feedback loop provides the feedback signal to the PFD according to the output signal.
