摘要： An automated process to periodically check and ensure that earth terminal settings provide compliant EIRPSD. For example, one embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus which queries the modem for its transmit symbol rate and the Block Up-Converter (BUC) for its RF output power. Using these two values and preprogrammed values for connection loss between the BUC and antenna, the current input power spectral density being transferred to the antenna is computed by the apparatus and compared to the preprogrammed regulatory limit for the specific antenna. If the limit is being exceeded, the apparatus sets BUC attenuation to compensate for the excess.

摘要： A process for production of a borohydride compound M(BH4)y. The process has three steps. The first step combines a compound of formula (R1O)yM with aluminum, hydrogen and a metallic catalyst containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of titanium, zirconium, hafnium, niobium, vanadium, tantalum and iron to produce a compound of formula M(AlH3OR1)y, wherein R1 is phenyl or phenyl substituted by at least one alkyl or alkoxy group; M is an alkali metal, Be or Mg; and y is one or two; wherein the catalyst is present at a level of at least 200 ppm based on weight of aluminum. The second step combines the compound of formula M(AlH3OR1)y with a borate, boroxine or borazine compound to produce M(BH4)y and a byproduct mixture containing alkali metal and aluminum aryloxides. The third step separates M(BH4)y from the byproduct mixture.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for operating the same. The method includes providing an apparatus which includes a chamber, wherein the chamber includes first and second inlets, an anode and a cathode structures in the chamber, and a wafer on the cathode structure. A cleaning gas is injected into the chamber via the first inlet. A collecting gas is injected into the chamber via the second inlet. The cleaning gas when ionized has a property of etching a top surface of the wafer resulting in a by-product mixture in the chamber. The collecting gas has a property of preventing the by-product mixture from depositing back to the surface of the wafer.

The apparatus has four components: a mobile cargo stop, a chain, means for anchoring the chain to the trailer floor near the trailer front wall, and a front wall liner mounted to the trailer front wall. The chain runs from the anchoring means near the trailer front wall, under the cargo, and is affixed to the cargo stop with a turnbuckle hook. The cargo is restrained between the front wall liner and the cargo stop by tightening the chain using a cinching device mounted on the cargo stop.
