摘要： The present disclosure relates to novel negative-type photoresist composition and methods of their use. The disclosure further relates to multiple trigger photoresist processes which allow for the improvement in contrast, resolution, and/or line edges roughness in some systems without giving up sensitivity. The photoresist compositions and the methods of the current disclosure are ideal for fine patent processing using, for example, ultraviolet radiation, extreme ultraviolet radiation, beyond extreme ultraviolet radiation, X-rays and changed particle. The disclosure further relates to sensitivity enhancing materials useful in the disclosed compositions and methods.

摘要： A sensing system for sensing the condition of an object comprises a transducer arranged to generate pressure waves directed at the object and detection means, such as a pressure wave detector, arranged to detect cavitation or other processes in the object. The system further comprises processing means arranged to receive detection signals from the detection means, to process the detection signals to measure a signal parameter of the detection signals that varies with a parameter of the object, and may generate a sensor output that varies in response to changes in the signal parameter.

A number of cardiac cycles occurring in a first cardiac chamber are identified subsequent to the dual chamber pacing pulses. The number of sensed intrinsic events occurring in a second cardiac chamber during the first chamber cardiac cycles is determined as a number of second chamber events. The tachycardia episode is classified in response to the number of second chamber events.

The apparatus provides a main hearth, a plurality of optional refining hearths, and a plurality of casting molds or direct molds whereby direct arc electrodes melt the titanium in the main hearth while plasma torches melt the titanium in the refining chambers and/or adjacent the molds. Each of the direct arc electrodes and plasma torches is extendable and retractable into the melting environment and moveable in a circular pivoting or side to side linear motion.

The main hearth alternatively pours into a first ingot making line while the other line is prepared, and vice versa allowing for continuous melting.
