摘要： The present invention relates to an information carrier with an upper and a lower cover layer and a plate, which can be moved between the cover layers. The information carrier contains information, which is given a defined association by the appropriate positioning of the plate with respect to the cover layer. In order to be able to produce the information carrier in a more compact and simpler way, it is designed in accordance with the present invention in such a way that the plate (10) is embodied to have a circular disk shape, except for at least one cut off edge section, and can be viewed and manually moved through a cutout in at least one of the cover layers, and is formed out of a center layer arranged between the upper and the lower cover layer by cutting a separating slit in the shape of an arc of a circle. The slit is not continuously closed in itself, but terminates in a lateral narrow side of the center layer, and that the circular disk-shaped plate is bordered in the radial direction by the contour of the center layer, and is rotatably and captively received between the cover layers.

Both the surface of the transparent foil and the surface of the base foil adjacent to the transparent foil are smooth for repeated, releasable pressure-adherence to each other. Any object having a smooth surface can be repeatedly and releasably pressure-adhered to the smooth surface of the transparent foil. The device preferably comprises a cover foil hingeably connected to the transparent foil along one edge. The surface of the cover foil adjacent to the transparent foil is preferably also smooth so that the cover foil may be repeatedly and releasably pressure-adhered to the transparent foil.

For this purpose, each element has a smooth surface at least along a margin of its reverse side so that it may be attached self-adherently to the surface of another like element. The resulting planning board can be folded like a book, e.g. for accommodation in a briefcase and provision may also be made for attaching it to a wall-mounted strip by the same self-adherent effect. Provision may also be made for the planning board to accommodate a card strip (e.g. bearing a notice) between two foil surfaces making up the planning board.

The color wheels are concentric with respect to one another and are individually rotatable. Along their circumference, they are each provided with a tab for adjustment. The color imprint on a color wheel is provided in gradations of increasing or decreasing intensity along the outer circumference of the color wheel. The color wheels are covered with a covering wheel of non-transparent material, which has a recess for observation of the color mixture obtained by adjusting the color wheels. A scale which is associated with the rotational position of the color wheels is disposed on the covering wheel.
