摘要： An operation determination processing section of a center extracts words included in the utterance of a driver and an operator, reads an attribute associated with each word from a synonym and related word in which an attribute is stored so as to be associated with each word, reads a domain of a candidate or the like for the task associated with the attribute from the synonym and related word in which domains of a candidate for a task associated with the read attribute or domains of a task to be actually performed are stored, totals the domains read for each word for words included in the utterance of the driver or the like, and estimates those related to a domain with a highest total score as the candidate for the task and the task to be actually performed. In this manner, it is possible to estimate the task with high accuracy.

摘要： A portable terminal and an on-vehicle device are combined such that effective navigation can be provided. The portable terminal provided with communication function is connected with the on-vehicle information processing device when placed on a cradle. The portable terminal transmits a destination to an information center, and shows obtained route data on a display while transmitting the route data to the on-vehicle device which outputs guidance speech from a speaker. On arriving near the destination, the on-vehicle information processing device provides the portable terminal with map data for the vicinity of the destination. A user can remove the portable terminal from the cradle and reach the destination while viewing a map shown on the display of the portable terminal.

摘要： A vehicle information processing unit 16 collects vehicle information, which is information relating to the discharge amount of exhaust gas of at least one at any of a predetermined point, a predetermined section, and a predetermined period of time. An ecological traveling history DB 26 accumulates the vehicle information collected by the vehicle information processing unit 16 for each point through which the vehicle has traveled. Therefore, it becomes possible to allow a driver to recognize previous traveling performance at the point through which the vehicle has traveled, and to more effectively provide the driver with a guide or a motivation to perform ecological traveling, thereby providing a more useful in-vehicle apparatus which allows the driver to perform ecological traveling.
