    • Disclosure relates to a method of sharing a session key between wireless communication terminals using a variable-length authentication code. The method includes: generating a public key by using an own private key; generating a message including the public key and a first random number and encoding the message using an own secret key to exchange an encrypted message with the other terminal; decoding the encrypted message of the other terminal by receiving a secret key of the other terminal; generating an authentication code by calculating the first random number and a second random number included in the decoded message; obtaining a medium value from the authenticated code; and generating a session key by using a public key included in the decoded message of the other terminal.

    • A transflective liquid crystal display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and a pixel electrode. The first substrate has a thin film transistor and the second substrate has a color filter and faces the first substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first and the second substrates. The pixel electrode is disposed above the first substrate and electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The transflective liquid crystal display device further includes a pixel region. The pixel region is divided into a transmit part and a reflective part, and the reflective part includes a first region and a second region. The pixel electrode extends to the transmit part and only the second region of the reflective part.

    • An image forming apparatus feeds a paper picked up by a pickup roller directly to a photoconductive drum and controls a linear velocity of the pickup roller so that it is slower than that of the photoconductive drum. The different linear velocities of the pickup roller and the photoconductive drum produces different velocities at the transfer nip (the area of contact between the photoconductive drum and a transferring roller) and the point where paper is picked up by the pickup roller. To compensate for the different velocities, the pickup roller can be rotated faster than the photoconductive drum for an angle that corresponds to the velocity difference. Additionally, when a velocity difference occurs between two rollers for feeding the paper, one of the rollers can be further rotated to compensate for the velocity difference.

    • A transflective type liquid crystal display panel and a method of fabricating the same are discussed. The transflective type liquid crystal display panel according to an embodiment comprises a gate line on a substrate; a data line crossing the gate line to define a pixel region comprised of a transmitting part and a reflective part; a thin film transistor adjacent to a crossing of the gate and data lines; a first insulation film on a passivation film covering the thin film transistor; a reflective electrode in the transmitting part of the pixel region, for reflecting incident light; a pixel electrode formed on a second insulation film covering the reflective electrode, and connected to a drain electrode of the thin film transistor via a contact hole; and a coupling capacitor for matching a reflective curve of the reflective part with a transmitting curve of the transmitting part.
