摘要： The present invention discloses an electrical connector for fiat conductor which includes an insulating body and a shielding housing. Vertical insert slots corresponding to two notches of the flat conductor are provided on the insulating body. An elastic buckling piece is formed in the vertical insert slot of the insulating body. The elastic buckling piece comprises an elastic arm extending obliquely upward and a buckling part formed through extending downward from a tail end of the elastic arm. One end of the elastic arm is connected integrally to the insulating body.A fixture block is disposed on an inner wall surface of the vertical insert slot in a protruding manner. The fixture block is located at a free end side of the elastic arm, and the fixture block is located below the buckling part. After the flat conductor is inserted, the elastic buckling piece is pressed down until the buckling part is buckled below the fixture block of the insulating body. The structure is simple, and is easy to produce and manufacture. Meanwhile, the assembly is convenient and the assembled flat conductor is firm and does not come off easily. Therefore the production efficiency and the production quality are improved effectively.

摘要： A lead frame support plate 200 and a window clamp 400 for wire bonding machines are disclosed herein. In a described embodiment, the lead frame support plate 200 includes a network of suction grooves 218 provided on a support surface 212, each suction groove 218 being arranged to be in fluid communication with at least a vacuum hole 216 to enable a suction force to be created, in response to a vacuum force, along the network of suction grooves for holding a lead frame against the support surface. A window clamp 400 having slots for compensating deformation of the window clamp and a method of fabricating the lead frame support plate are also disclosed.

摘要： Methods and devices for sensing non-volatile storage devices in a way that reduces read disturb are disclosed. Techniques are used to reduce read disturb on memory cells that are neighbors to selected memory cells. For example, on a NAND string, the memory cells that are next to the selected memory cell presently being read may benefit. In one embodiment, when reading memory cells on a selected word line WLn, Vread+Delta is applied to WLn+2 and WLn−2. Applying Vread+Delta to the second neighbor word line may reduce read disturb to memory cells on the neighbor word line WLn+1.

Predetermined randomized non-user data is stored in a block or other location of a memory array, and accessed as needed by a memory device controller to randomize user data before it is stored in other blocks of the array. Each portion of the user data which is stored in a block is randomized using a portion of the non-user data which is stored in the same relative location in another block.
