摘要： A fuel cell body has an anode having an anode-side separator with projections and depressions formed on its surface, a cathode, and a membrane electrode assembly disposed between the anode and the cathode, and the fuel cell body is disposed in a container for storing liquid fuel so that at least the anode side is immersed therein. Fuel passageways through which the liquid fuel flows are formed by regions surrounded by the projections and depressions on the surface of the separator and the membrane electrode assembly. By this, the downsized, simplified and lower power consuming structure of auxiliary equipment such as a fuel feed system is achieved.

摘要： An audio/video information recording/reproducing device capable of easily implementing a post-recording function on an optical disk by using even a low-cost disk drive having a comparatively low-speed seek time. When recording a video file, it is recorded on an optical disk continuously for a duration equivalent to more than three times a seek time. When recording dubbing audio, it is recorded continuously only with constant data size at the same time with the reproducing of the recorded video file, thereby enabling concurrent real-time continuous reproducing and recording. Accordingly, concurrent reproductions of a video file and an audio file are ensured when reproducing dubbing audio.

摘要： In a disk camera, when additional information and moving picture information are managed as one file and recorded on an optical disk, useless area is minimized, thereby allowing effective use of recording capacity. A recording controlling part records continuously with respect to a logical block of the optical disk, at least one of input video and audio information in a packet format of a fixed length that is different from a data size of the logical block, and creates a data file for recording with respect to the logical block, additional information with respect to the video or audio information in the packet format of the fixed length. In this one data file, a fixed data size portion of the additional information is arranged in an area ahead of an area in which the video and audio information are arranged, and a variable data size portion of the additional information is arranged in an area behind the area in which the video and audio information are arranged.

摘要： For multiple moving-image recorded on a storage medium, one piece of meta-data or each of multiple pieces of meta-data recorded for a part or all of the moving-image is managed by meta-data indices. A meta-data index keeps invalidity information indicating whether a piece of meta-data is going to be invalid and validity information indicating validity of the current piece of meta-data in the same form, when operations such as editing and processing are performed on a part or all of a moving-image that is an object of a piece of meta-data. When cutting-out occurs on a section of a moving-image that is an object of a piece of meta-data and the piece of meta-data cannot be recalculated, the invalidity information is copied to the validity information. In this manner, a meta-data added to the moving-image can be adapted and be used after the moving-image is edited.
