摘要： A Bluetooth key apparatus is provided. The apparatus comprises a control unit; a Bluetooth locking device connected with the control unit; and a Bluetooth unlocking device connected with the control unit. After setting, the Bluetooth unlocking device and the Bluetooth locking device are specifically grouped for handshake communication. After waking up the Bluetooth locking device, the Bluetooth unlocking device receives a password provided by the Bluetooth locking device; and, after the Bluetooth unlocking device inputs the password, the Bluetooth locking device is unlocked. Thus, the present invention effectively enhances anti-theft, distributes key remotely, manages key databases and prevents password from leaking.

摘要： Provided is a positron emission tomography (PET) detector module using Geiger-mode avalanche photodiode (GAPD) as a photosensor. The PET detector module includes: a PET detector unit with a scintillation crystal detecting gamma rays emitted from a living body and converting them into a scintillation light and a first GAPD photosensor and a second GAPD photosensor each being connected to either end of the scintillation crystal and converting the scintillation light into an electrical signal; and a depth of interaction (DOI) decoding unit receiving the signals from the PET detector unit and comparing amplitude of the signals detected by the first GAPD photosensor and the second GAPD photosensor, thereby providing the depth information where the gamma rays are incident on the scintillation crystal (DOI). The disclosed PET detector module can provide improved energy resolution and additional DOI information while maintaining linearity.

Contact openings are created through a dielectric layer to a first conductive layer. N etch masks, with 2N−1 being less than W, 2N being greater than or equal to W, have spaced apart open etch regions and mask regions elsewhere. The stack of layers are etched only through W−1 contact openings to create extended contact openings extending to W−1 conductive layers; 2n−1 conductive layers are etched for up to half of the contact openings for each etch mask n=1, 2 . . . N. The contact openings are etched with different combinations of the etch masks' open etch regions. Interlayer connectors are formed in the contact openings.
