摘要： An information terminal apparatus includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores information indicating a front operating system. The processor runs a first virtual machine that executes a first operating system. The processor runs a second virtual machine that executes a second operating system. The processor controls user interface of the information terminal apparatus by executing the front operating system. The processor detects, by referring to the information stored in the memory, that the front operating system is changed from the first operating system to the second operating system. The processor notifies, upon the detection, the first virtual machine of a first notification indicating that the user interface stops. The processor notifies, upon the detection, the second virtual machine of a second notification indicating that the user interface restarts.

Moreover, another method includes: first detecting a predetermined operation for an active window displayed on any display device; identifying a first display device on which the active window is displayed; second detecting that a pointer representing a pointing destination by a pointing device is not displayed on the first display device after a predetermined period elapsed since the first detecting; and upon the second detecting, carrying out a setting for lowering brightness of the first display device.

摘要： A silicon nitride-melilite composite sintered body in accordance with the invention includes silicon nitride and a melilite Me2Si3O3N4, where Me denotes a metal element combining with silicon nitride to generate the melilite. The silicon nitride-melilite composite sintered body contains Si in a range of 41 to 83 mole percent in Si3N4 equivalent and Me in a range of 13 to 50 mole percent in oxide equivalent. The silicon nitride-melilite composite sintered body has an average thermal expansion coefficient that is arbitrarily adjustable in a range of 2 to 6 ppm/K at temperatures of 23 to 150° C. The silicon nitride-melilite composite sintered body has a high Young's modulus, a high mechanical strength, and excellent sintering performance. A device used for inspection of semiconductor in accordance with the invention utilizes such a silicon nitride-melilite composite sintered body.
