    • There are provided an electric charging system, an electric vehicle and an electric charger. Upon charging a battery, power supply lines of an electric charger are connected to the power receiving lines of an electric vehicle 12. The power receiving lines have a relay. The electric charger has a voltage sensor that measures a voltage between the power supply lines. The electric charger has a voltage processing portion that applies filtering to the voltage. Upon charging when charging power is supplied from the electric controller, a filtering process with a stability-oriented first filter is applied to the voltage. Upon a relay failure diagnosis that performs a failure diagnosis of the relay based on a change in the voltage due to opening and closing of the relays, a filtering process with a second filter that has a higher responsiveness is applied to the voltage.

    • To secure safety in an electric vehicle during charging, the electric vehicle is provided with a high voltage battery and a charging port portion for charging the high voltage battery. A power reception connector and a connector locking mechanism are provided in the charging port portion, and a fitting hole is formed in a power supply connector disposed on an external power supply side. The connector locking mechanism is switched between a restrained condition, in which a locking pin is inserted into the fitting hole, and a released condition, in which the locking pin is retracted from the fitting hole. A vehicle control unit for controlling the connector locking mechanism switches the connector locking mechanism to the restrained condition when a door is locked, and switches the connector locking mechanism to the released condition when the door is unlocked. Thus, the connection condition between the power reception connector and the power supply connector can be maintained even when a passenger locks the door and moves away from the electric vehicle, and as a result, safety can be secured during charging.

    • A seat belt alarm apparatus according to the present invention executes a weak alarm pattern in which an alarm lamp is blinked and lighted repeatedly when a seat belt switch is turned on and a seat belt is unfastened, and a vehicle speed is equal to or less than a buzzer sound start vehicle speed. When the vehicle speed is more than the buzzer sound start vehicle speed, the seat belt alarm apparatus executes a strong alarm pattern in which the alarm lamp is blinked and lighted repeatedly as well as a buzzer is sounded in synchronism with the blinking of the alarm lamp, and the alarm operation is continued until the seat belt switch is turned off and the seat belt is fastened.
