    • Disclosed is an image processing apparatus, which makes it possible to put an implementation order of an outputting job, inputted by a user and currently in the standby state, forward, even if the concerned user does not conduct specific operations.     • An error detecting section detects an error caused in a mail transmitting section. The error detecting section instructs an error message data generating section to generate an error message data when detecting the error. The error message data includes a character string generated to correspond to the error, and a code. The error message data generating section transmits generated error message data to an ICMP processing section. The ICMP processing section has a function of notifying a communication partner of information using a packet in accordance with a protocol for management, which reports information of a protocol state of IP layer, that is ICMP (Internet Control Message Protocol). The ICMP processing section puts error message data into a Data frame of the packet, and transmits this packet to a predetermined destination via LAN.

    • In an internet facsimile apparatus, a mail header receiving section receives a list n-th mail header portion of e-mail. Next, a header analyzing section analyzes the mail header portion and checks whether or not the e-mail is fragments of the e-mail obtained by dividing the e-mail. A table generating section registers the fragments in processing into a table. Thereafter, the fetching determination section checks whether or not the all fragments having the same ID are prepared. Text codes of attached files included in the fragments are binary converted sequentially so as to be stored in a buffer section. A printing determination section instructs a print processing section to execute printing when there is image data corresponding to one page of an original in the buffer. This makes it possible to receive a division mail at low cost in the internet facsimile apparatus.

    • An Internet facsimile apparatus is provided such that, even when an electronic mail includes plural data files that cannot be processed by the apparatus, prints the electronic mail normally. The apparatus includes a mail analyzer that determines whether a received electronic mail includes data that cannot be printed by a printer. When the electronic mail includes such unprintable data, the unprintable data is transmitted to a conversion server. The apparatus receives back printable data converted from the unprintable data from the conversion server and prints the printable data. The apparatus stores an indication that a plurality of printable data converted from a plurality of unprintable data has been received back from the conversion server. A message ID processor checks the indication, and the printer is informed regarding an object to be printed in accordance with the result of checking by the message ID processor.
