On the other hand, the communication apparatus receives information indicating device capabilities from another communication apparatus when the other communication apparatus is determined as the network management apparatus.

摘要： This invention has as its object to set a one-to-one relationship upon establishing a wireless communication channel between a wireless communication device on the information transmitting side and a wireless communication device that receives and processes the information even in an environment including a plurality of wireless communication devices, and to assure simple user's operations at least until the communication channel is established. To this end, when the user inputs a wireless communication channel establishment instruction to both a digital camera and printer having wireless communication functions, these devices execute wireless communication establishment processes within an allowable time period which is specified by a time set in a timer and a retry count. When the devices can seize each other within that time period, the communication channel is established. After that, the digital camera sends a sensed image to the printer, which prints the sensed image.

In order to achieve this object, a first circuit and a second circuit having different thicknesses are formed in the same reference plane by etching a metal-clad laminate including a conductive layer and an insulating layer. The thicker of the circuits has a clad-like configuration in which three layers, a first copper layer/a different kind of metal layer/a second copper layer, are sequentially stacked. The manufacture of the printed wiring board includes a clad composite material in which three layers of a first copper layer/a different kind of metal layer/a second copper layer are sequentially stacked as a start material, and selective etching characteristics between the layers are utilized.

摘要： In a remote control system, when a user directs a host device of a portable type toward target devices for search and specification, a search signal including a unique identifier (UID) is transmitted from a directional antenna. Each of the target devices stores the UID included in the received search signal in a memory unit, and transmits a response signal including device information on itself from an antenna. The host device identifies one of the target devices based on the device information included in the response signal, runs a control program for the identified target device, and displays an operation screen on a display unit. When the user instructs the remote operation on the operation screen, the host device transmits a remote control signal including the UID from the omni-directional antenna. When the target device receives the remote control signal including the UID that matches with the UID stored in the memory unit, the target device controls a function unit according to the remote control signal.

摘要： In a vehicle door lock control, an operating handle is provided at a door inside or outside a vehicle to enable a door to open and close. The handle is connected to an operating lever. In a locked position, the door cannot be opened by the operating handle, while it can be opened by the operating handle via a release lever in an unlocking position. The release lever pivotally secured on a base plate is connected to a door latch device of the door to allow the door latch device to disengage from a striker of a vehicle body in the unlocking position thereby opening the door by the operating handle. A lock control pin is moved by a knob lever to control the release lever to allow the door to open. The knob lever is operated by a knob manually inside the vehicle or by an actuator electrically.

摘要： A wireless terminal capable of quickly searching for the best route required for communication in a local network such as an ad hoc network is provided. Each of wireless terminals in the local network sets a bit error rates and a data transfer rate with neighboring wireless terminals and, based on the calculated values, calculates the route weight value of a link to each of the neighboring terminals. To set a route for communication between a wireless terminal and another wireless terminal, the wireless terminal issues a route search command based on the route weight value and sends the route weight value to neighboring terminals. The neighboring terminals also send the route search command sequentially to the next terminal while adding up the route weight value. A wireless terminal at the other end decides the best route from the added up route weight value and sends a response back to the starting point.

摘要： A high-frequency switch circuit common to a plurality or frequency bands comprises a first high-frequency switch connected to first high-frequency signal input and output terminals and adapted to pass transmission signals of a first or a second frequency band and block received signals of the first and second frequency band; and a demultiplexer has a first high-frequency circuit which consists of a first phaser connected to the first terminal and a first bandpss filter succeeding to the first phaser, and a second high-frequency circuit which consists of a second phaser connected to the first terminal and a second bandpass filter succeeding to the second phaser. The transmission line in the first phaser has a line length such that the input impedance of the first high-frequency circuit is substantially open in the pass band of the second bandpass filter, whereas the transmission line in the second phaser has a line length such that the input impedance of the second high-frequency circuit is substantially open in the pass band of the first bandpass filter. Thus, the high-frequency switch circuit passes one of thc received signals of the first and second frequency bands and blocks the other.
