摘要： A laminated ceramic capacitor is provided which is excellent in reliability even when its dielectric ceramic layers thinned. For a dielectric ceramic in a laminated ceramic capacitor, a ceramic is used which includes a main component containing a barium titanate based composite oxide represented by the general formula: (Ba1-h-m-xCahSrmRex)k(Ti1-n-yZrnMy)O3, where Re is La or the like, M is Mg or the like, and the respective relationships of 0.05≦x≦0.50, 0.02≦y≦0.3, 0.85≦k≦1.05, 0≦h≦0.25, 0≦m≦0.50, and 0≦n≦0.40 are satisfied; and an accessory component as a sintering aid, wherein the average grain diameter of crystal grains in a sintered body is 0.6 μm or less.

摘要： A dielectric ceramic composition contains a barium titanate based composite oxide as its main constituent, and contains a first accessory constituent including at least Al and a second accessory constituent including one or more elements selected from among Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn, wherein the content of the Al is 0.02 to 6 parts by mol with respect to 100 parts by mol of the main constituent, and the content ratio of the second accessory constituent to the Al is 0.01 to 0.4 in terms of mols. Dielectric layers are formed from a sintered body of the dielectric ceramic composition. The addition of various types of accessory elements such as rare-earth elements is possible, if necessary. This invention achieves a dielectric ceramic composition which is capable of ensuring favorable DC bias characteristics while ensuring high reliability, and a laminated ceramic capacitor using the dielectric ceramic composition.

With this configuration, a difference between a temperature during load operation and a temperature upon automatic stopping and during unload operation of the compressor can be reduced, so that the cooling unit can be restrained from being damaged or broken within a short period, thereby it is possible to provide a highly reliable oilless screw compressor.

Arc welding is performed between the wire and the welding object while radiating the first laser beam and the second laser beam such that the first radiation position, the second radiation position, and the target position are disposed on a welding line of the welding object. In this way, it is possible to prevent the generation of spatter and perform welding at a high rate, without increasing the size of a molten pool.

摘要： A multi-stage oil-free screw compressor includes: a suction throttle valve for controlling air intake into the compressor; a piston assembly for operating the suction throttle valve; and a structure for supplying a working pressure to the piston assembly. In order to reduce startup load at the time of startup of the compressor, the suction throttle valve is fully closed while a secondary side of a compressor body is opened to the atmosphere. When a negative pressure and the air pressure, that provide the working pressure, are used for slightly opening the suction throttle valve in order to switch the compressor to a loaded mode after a motor for driving the compressor is accelerated to its top speed, the air pressure is provided by a control pipe line that is defined by the same pipe line that forms a drain pipe line. This permits the control pipe line to be opened to the atmosphere as needed during the startup time. Thus is provided the oil-free screw compressor achieving improved startup reliability.
