摘要： A solid-state image pickup apparatus includes a pixel array unit in which image signal generation pixels for generating analog image signals in response to light irradiated thereupon and correction signal generation pixels for generating analog correction signals for correcting the image signals are arranged in a matrix pattern. A conversion unit performs first conversion that is conversion from the analog image signals generated by the image signal generation pixels arranged in a row in the matrix pattern into digital image signals. The conversion unit further performs second conversion, which is conversion performed at substantially the same time with the first conversion, from the analog correction signals generated by the correction signal generation pixels arranged in a plurality of rows in the matrix pattern into digital correction signals. A correction unit performs correction of the digital image signals with the digital correction signals generated in the plurality of rows.

A signal processing device of the present technology includes: a comparison unit configured to compare a signal level of an analog signal with a signal level of a reference signal; a selection unit configured to select, from a plurality of reference signals, the reference signal to be supplied to the comparison unit; and a switching unit capable of switching a signal line connected to an input terminal of the comparison unit such that a signal line via which the reference signal selected by the selection unit is transmitted is connected to the input terminal of the comparison unit, wherein the comparison unit includes a floating node as the input terminal, the selection unit includes a signal line in which a parasitic capacitance is caused between the signal line and the floating node as the input terminal of the comparison unit, and the signal line of the selection unit is configured to transmit an identical level of signal in multiple comparison processes performed by the comparison unit. The present technology is applicable to, e.g., an imaging element and an electronic apparatus.

摘要： Disclosed is a digital-analog converter including a current generation section, a current source transistor bias voltage keeping section, a cascade transistor group switch section, and a conversion section. The current generation section has at least one current source transistor group including a plurality of current source transistors and generates an output current based on a value of a digital input signal. The current source transistor bias voltage keeping section has a plurality of cascade transistor groups each including cascade transistors connected in series to the current source transistors and keeps bias voltages of the current source transistors constant. The cascade transistor group switch section selects one of the plurality of cascade transistor groups. The conversion section performs current-voltage conversion of the output current supplied via the selected cascade transistor group.
