摘要： An antistatic hard coat film for various displays is provided which can prevent electrostatic deposition of foreign materials and at the same time possesses excellent scratch resistance and hardness high enough not to cause a deterioration in transparency upon being rubbed. The antistatic hard coat film 5 comprises: a transparent substrate film 1; a transparent conductive layer 2, having a surface resistivity of preferably not more than 1012 &OHgr;/□, provided on the substrate film 1; and a hard coat 3 provided on the transparent conductive layer 2, the hard coat 3 preferably having such an anisotropic conductivity that the resistivity in the layer surface direction is higher than the resistivity in the layer thickness direction.

The hard coat film includes a buffer layer (2) with a thickness of 3-50 &mgr;m, formed on at least one side of a plastic base film (1), which has a buffer function against deformation of the hard coat layer in response to deformation of the plastic base film (1), and a hard coat layer (3) with a thickness of 3-15 &mgr;m additionally formed over the buffer layer. The hard coat film (9) is designed so that the pencil hardness of the plastic base film (1), the pencil hardness of the buffer layer and the pencil hardness of the hard coat layer increase in that order.

摘要： The present invention provides an optical film and an optical display device which can suppress the occurrence of interference fringes. The optical film comprises a plurality of transparent layers. A first transparent layer and a second transparent layer, provided in contact with the first transparent layer, constituting the optical film are different from each other in refractive index of material constituting the layer. The contact interface between the first transparent layer and the second transparent layer is a light scattering interface, whereby the occurrence of interference fringes is suppressed. The optical display device comprises this optical film.
