摘要： A coating composition forms a coating film having an eliminated or reduced photocatalytic action-derived deterioration, and forms a coating film having a lowered haze value, excellent dispersibility and dispersion stability in a coating liquid form, excellent storage stability, and also excellent coatability. The coating composition includes at least the following four components: titanium dioxide fine particles with eliminated or reduced photocatalytic activity which is obtained by surface treating titanium dioxide fine particles doped with cobalt capable of capturing free electrons and/or holes, with a zinc chelate compound capable of capturing free electrons and/or holes; a binder component; a dispersant; and an organic solvent.

摘要： Provided is an electrophotographic photoreceptor which comprises an electrically conductive support and a photoconductive layer comprising at least an organic photoconductive compound and an alkali and/or alcohol soluble binder resin provided on said support and which is used for making a lithographic printing plate therefrom by electrophotographically forming a toner image and decoating the photoconductive layer of non-image portion other than the toner image portion by contacting with an alkaline decoating solution, wherein an arithmetical mean deviation of profile (Ra.sub.1) of the surface of said electrically conductive support having said photoconductive layer thereon is 0.3-1.0 .mu.m and a ratio of Ra.sub.2 /Ra.sub.1 of an arithmetical mean deviation of profile (Ra.sub.2) of the surface of said photoconductive layer and the (Ra.sub.1) is 0.5-1.0. The image formed on the printing plate is free from indentation at the edge of the image. Resolution and sharpness of the image are improved.

摘要： The problem of the present invention is to provide, in high current-low energy type ion implantation apparatuses, a graphite member for a beam line inner member of an ion implantation apparatus, which graphite member can markedly reduce particles incorporated in a wafer surface. This problem can be solved by the graphite member of the present invention, which is a graphite member for a beam line inner member of an ion implantation apparatus, which member having a bulk density of not less than 1.80 Mg/m3 and an electric resistivity of not more than 9.5 μΩ·m. Preferably, the R value obtained by dividing D band intensity at 1370 cm−1 by G band intensity at 1570 cm−1 in the Raman spectrum of a spontaneous fracture surface of the graphite member is not more than 0.20.

A curable resin composition for a hard coat layer comprises: (A) reactive silica particle with a photocurable group on the surface and average primary particle diameter of 10 to 100 nm, (B) slipping agent with average primary particle diameter of 100 to 300 nm, (C) secondary particle containing agent (B) with average secondary particle diameter of 500 to 2,000 nm, (D) multifunctional monomer with molecular weight of 1,000 or less having, in a molecule, two or more reactive functional groups crosslinkable with the photocurable group of particle (A), and (E) solvent, the composition containing no secondary particle with average secondary particle diameter more than 2,000 nm, and 0.2 to 8% by mass of agent (B) to the total mass of particle (A) and monomer (D).
