However, unlike conventional DAC devices, DAC devices with non-volatile memory may need special interface communication protocols for effective operation of the DAC device and communications between a system master controller unit (MCU). Interface communications protocols that do not violate standard serial bus communications protocols are provided for communicating between the volatile and non-volatile memories of the DAC device so that the MCU may access the DAC device's memories (non-volatile and/or volatile memories).

摘要： A rapid method for characterizing and identifying microorganisms using Focal-Plane Array (FPA)-Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy is disclosed. Multi-pixels spectral images of unknown microorganisms spectra are analyzed and compared to spectra of reference microorganisms in databases. The method allows rapid and highly reliable identification of unknown microorganisms for the purpose of medical diagnosis, food and environmental control.

摘要： A voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) comprising an odd number of delay stage circuits. Each delay stage circuit operates between supply voltages VDD and VSS (VDD>VSS) and comprises (1) an input node, (2) an output node, (3) an inverting circuit, and (4) an electric discharge path coupling the output node to VSS. The electric discharge path includes a switch circuit and a resistance adjusting circuit electrically coupled in series between the output node and VSS. In response to an input signal rising at the input node, the inverting circuit decreases an output signal at the output node, and the electric discharge path opens to help pull the output signal down faster. In response to an input signal falling at the input node, the inverting circuit increases the output signal at the output node, and the electric discharge path closes to minimize its own effect.

摘要： The Device Model Agent (DMA), the device side technology module in Device Centric Services (DCS) system, is the main focus of this invention. DMA is a thin, efficient applications/services execution environment. DMA provides an embedded services platform for enabling system management applications and services. This allows a flexible, extensible, dynamic services management module allowing networked services to be designed, added, and managed within the system without modifications to devices, DCS system, or DMA itself. While this invention specifically describes the integration of benefits from DMA into document system devices, the concepts are equally applicable in other domains. The DMA runtime environment is a thin software interface layer that resides on a document system device between the Java runtime environment and embedded web server.

When a predetermined amount of torque has been applied to the nut, the indicator is visible adjacent the back end of the nut.
