摘要： An indoor digital centralized controller system (DCCS) that is connected to a controller of an application system and accepts orders from the controller of the application system and controls at least one motor to work. The DCCS includes a power supply, a master control unit (MCU), a plurality of motor control modules, a programming port module, and an input interface. The power supply is configured to supply power for circuits. The MCU is connected to and communicates with the controller of the application system via the input interface. An outer computer is capable of rewriting control programs of the MCU via the programming port module. The MCU is connected to a motor via a motor control module. The motor includes a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, and a shell assembly. The stator assembly and the rotor assembly are coupled magnetically.

摘要： A centralized motor controller for receiving commands from an application system controller and for controlling operation of a plurality of independent motors. The centralized motor controller includes: a power supply; a microprocessor; and an interface circuit for motor control including at least two inverter units and two rotor position detection units. The power supply supplies power for each circuit part. The motors are controlled by the microprocessor via the interface circuit for motor control. The number of the motors is equal to or more than three, in which, at least two of the motors are permanent magnet synchronous motors in the absence of a motor controller. The permanent magnet synchronous motors are driven by the microprocessor via the inverter units, respectively. Rotor position data of the permanent magnet synchronous motors are transmitted to the microprocessor via the rotor position detection units, respectively.

A power and speed of a motor may be determined based on static pressure in the system. A target airflow rate for the system may be obtained, and a target motor power that yields the target airflow rate in the system may be determined based on the determined speed of the motor and the obtained target airflow rate for the system. A determination of whether the determined motor power is approximately equal to the target motor power may be made, and the power of the motor may be adjusted when the motor power is not approximately equal to the target motor power.

摘要： A blower system, including a permanent magnet motor and a wind wheel. The permanent magnet motor includes a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, and a motor controller. The rotor assembly includes a salient pole rotor including a rotor core and magnets embedded in the rotor core. The motor controller includes a microprocessor, a frequency inverter, and a sensor unit. The sensor unit inputs a phase current or phase currents, a phase voltage, and a DC bus voltage into the microprocessor. The microprocessor outputs a signal to control the frequency inverter which is connected to a winding of the stator assembly. The ratio between an air gap of the motor and the thickness of the magnets ranges from 0.03 to 0.065, and the ratio between the length of a pole arc and the length of the magnets ranges from 0.8 to 1.0.
