    • Described is a luminometer or fluorometer having an optical axis which extends essentially perpendicular to the measuring sample. The detector for the luminometer or the fluorometer is arranged either directly or via a deflection means in the optical axis. An injection device (20) with an injection channel is provided for feeding in the reagents, wherein the injection channel consists of a first section and a second section, arranged at an angle relative to the first section, and is provided with a discharge opening (24c) that points in the direction of the measuring sample. To achieve a high sensitivity and a broad application range, the first section of the injection channel extends essentially perpendicular to the optical axis and at least one second injection device is provided which also comprises an injection channel with two sections, wherein the first section extends essentially perpendicular to the optical axis and the second section is angled relative to the first section and which ends in a discharge opening (24c′, 24c″).

    • A system for measuring ionizing radiation with a scintillator incorporates a first assembly of at least two rod-shaped scintillator elements, which can be optically coupled to one another via their opposed face ends. The first assembly of scintillator elements is coaxially enclosed by a second assembly of interconnectable sheath elements.According to the invention, one scintillator element (11), one sheath element (12) and two face-end window elements (131, 132) form a scintillator module (10) in each case, which is optically and mechanically connectable to additional scintillator modules. The individual scintillator elements can thus be produced as encapsulated scintillator modules by means of “suitable” sheath elements and window elements. This provides for a simple and reliable manipulation and assembly of the measuring assembly at the site of its application.

    • An apparatus for selected measurement of, in particular, luminescent and/or fluorescent radiation has a plurality of measurement light paths (M1, M2, M3), which each have their own measuring devices optimized for the particular measurement mode. As a common device, a filter holder (5) is used, in which the detector and each of the measuring devices have access to each of the openings of the filter holder, and each of these openings can be equipped with an emissions filter that is expedient for the particular measurement mode involved.
