摘要： A connecting structure for medical use includes a male assembly 1 and a female connector 2. The male assembly 1 includes a male connector 10 and a threadedly engageable cylinder 20. A male luer portion 11 of the male connector 10 and a female luer portion 2a of the female connector 2 are joined by turning the threadedly engageable cylinder 20 in a tightening direction in a state where a female screw 21a of the threadedly engageable cylinder 20 and an engageable protrusion 2c of the female connector 2 are threadedly engaged with each other. A torque limiting mechanism 50 is disposed between an operation cylinder 30 mounted on an outer periphery of the threadedly engageable cylinder 20 and the threadedly engageable cylinder 20. Engageable teeth 51 are formed in an inner periphery of one end portion of the operation cylinder 30 over an entire periphery. A slit 54 is formed in one end portion of the threadedly engageable cylinder 20. The slit is composed only of a straight portion extending from an end of the threadedly engageable cylinder in an axial direction. An area adjacent to the slit 54 is provided as an elastically deformable portion 52. A first engageable claw 53 engageable with the engageable teeth 51 is formed in the elastically deformable portion 52.

摘要： A connector includes a housing defining a male connector insertion section into which a male connector is inserted from the outside and an elastic valve body having a slit and blocking the male connector insertion section. The elastic valve body includes a top face having the slit and a bottom face located opposite to the top face. The housing includes a holding section having contact with the top face and the bottom face of the elastic valve body to hold the elastic valve body. The holding section surrounds the slit when the valve body is viewed from the top face. The diameter of a bottom face side holding section having contact with the bottom face is smaller than the diameter of a top face side holding section having contact with the top face.

摘要： A connector connection indicator is mounted in a Luer male connector, or in a Luer female connector, to indicate proper mating of the two Luer connectors. The connection indicator may be or include a light source, a sound producing device (e.g., buzzer), a switch, a tactile connection indicator or an electronic chip. The electronic chip may be interposed between two conductive elements that are mounted in the Luer female connector. When the two Luer connectors are properly engaged, the electronic chip is powered via two electrical terminals. While the electronic chip is powered up it communicates with an external system via two electrical terminals. The external system interprets the communication with the electronic chip as an indication to proper engagement of the two Luer connectors. Some of the connection indicators may be mounted on a circuit board that is embedded in a void in the Luer male connector.

摘要： A connector valve for use with an infusion set. The connector valve includes a body defining a chamber. The body includes a primary inlet, a secondary inlet, and an outlet. The connector valve includes a compressible member within the chamber that compresses from an uncompressed state to a compressed state. The connector valve includes a resilient member within the chamber that engages with the compressible member. The resilient member moves from an open configuration when the compressible member is in the uncompressed state to an occluding configuration when the compressible member is in the compressed state. The resilient member in the open configuration permits a bidirectional primary fluid flow between the primary inlet and the outlet, and the resilient member in the occluding configuration permits a bidirectional secondary fluid flow between the secondary inlet and the outlet, and unidirectional primary fluid flow from the primary inlet to the outlet.

摘要： An attachment part with a coupling part by means of which coupling part the attachment part can be attached to a dispensing unit. The coupling part has a female cone area, with a continuous inlet opening, and a locking structure arranged around the female cone area. The female cone area can be pushed onto a male cone area of the dispensing unit, in order thereby to connect the attachment part to the dispensing unit. The locking structure serves to secure the attachment part on the dispensing unit. The first coupling part additionally has a rotation element, which is rotatable concentrically about the female cone area and on which the first locking structure is formed. The rotation element has an actuating element, which serves to rotate the rotation element relative to the female cone area.
