摘要： A system for measurement automation of a fluid injected into a patient includes a reservoir, a fluid injection apparatus, and a measurement automation apparatus. The fluid injection apparatus includes a delivery conduit, an injector for injecting the fluid into the patient, a diverter assembly disposed between the delivery conduit and the injector, and a connector between the diverter assembly and delivery conduit. The diverter assembly is configured to divert at least a portion of the fluid away from an injection fluid path between the injector and the delivery conduit to the reservoir. The measurement automation apparatus includes an injector sensor module, a reservoir sensor module, a processor configured to receive the data from the sensor modules, and a display.

A bearing element having a thread is in a threaded engagement with a thread of the dosage indication element, and the thread pitch of the thread of the dosage indication element is not the same as the pitch (P1) of the helical scale, and may be greater or smaller than the pitch (P1) of the helical scale.

摘要： A medication injecting apparatus has a cartridge housing and a drive housing that is threadedly connected to the cartridge housing for axial displacement relative to one another. The drive housing has a helical-shaped passage and a flexible drive member is slidingly disposed within the helical-shaped passage and extends axially outwardly therefrom toward the cartridge housing. The flexible drive member is movable in the axial direction relative to the drive housing during dose setting and is axially fixed relative to the drive housing during injecting. A clutch has an engaged position and a disengaged position. The flexible drive member is axially fixed relative to the drive housing when the clutch is in the engaged position and the flexible drive member is movable relative to the drive housing when the clutch is in the disengaged position.

摘要： The present invention relates to injectors, such as pen-type injectors, that provide for administration of medicinal products from a multidose-cartridge and permit a user to set the delivery dose. The injector may include a housing, a piston rod adapted to operate through the housing, a dose dial sleeve located between the housing and the piston rod, and a drive sleeve located between the dose dial sleeve and the piston rod. The dose dial sleeve may have a helical thread of first lead and the drive sleeve may have a helical groove of second lead. The first lead of the helical thread and the second lead of the helical groove may be the same.
