    • The invention shows an apparatus for recycling bituminous material bodies by melting, in particular for recycling bituminous composite material bodies comprising a composite material and a bituminous material, in particular roofing materials, in particular in the form of bituminous covering layers of roofing sheets, the apparatus including: a vessel having a vessel wall surrounding an interior space of the vessel extending along a vertical axis of the vessel for receiving the bituminous material bodies, a bottom plate and a compression plate extending transverse to the vertical axis wherein at least the compression plate has a number of through flow orifices adapted to allow a through flow of molten bituminous material, wherein the plates are movable along the vertical axis such that in a first operating state the compression plate is in a middle position for forming a melting space of larger size between the compression plate and the bottom plate for melting bituminous material in the melting space wherein the bottom plate is in a melting position, in a second operating state the compression plate is in a lower position for forming a compression space of minor size between the compression plate and the bottom plate for compressing solid residues and/or solid composite material in the compression space, and wherein molten bituminous material is retained in a storing space above the compression plate for storing and/or discharging bituminous material, wherein the bottom plate is in a compression position, wherein the compression plate is movable from the middle position to the lower position.

    • The present invention relates to a device for extracting cakes resulting from pressurized filtration from a sealed tank (1) in which rotary filters (2) are provided, the tank being provided with a hopper (1b) for recovering solid particles and having an extension, in the lower portion thereof, in the form of a hatch (10) defined between at least two temporary blocking members (11, 12), characterized in that each temporary blocking member includes a rotary shaft (100) transversally arranged in the hatch and bearing at least one set (101, 102, 103) of two diametrically opposite radial fins having a global surface substantially corresponding to the cross-section of the hatch (10) and optionally at least one set of two radial forks (104, 105), as well as peripheral sealing means(102) mounted on the inner wall of the hatch opposite the end edge of said fins.     • A pressure vessel has a container shaped housing with a top wall provided with a plurality of filter receiving openings. A bag-shaped filter element is fitted into each housing top wall opening and is retained within the top wall housing by a hold-down ring having one of its ends pivotally secured to the top wall to permit the ring to be moved between a first position overlaying a portion of each filter to retain the filters in position within their respective top wall openings and a second position wherein the ring is pivoted upwardly from the housing top wall to permit the removal of each filter bag. A cover encloses the pressure vessel at the top wall section and the interior of the cover forms a flow path between an inlet and the filter bags such that liquid to be filtered passes from the inlet downwardly through the filter bags and into the interior of the housing beneath the top wall and is exhausted through a liquid outlet provided in the housing.
