摘要： A gas separation apparatus includes a gas supply part and a zeolite membrane. The gas supply part supplies a mixed gas at a pressure greater than or equal to 10 atm and less than or equal to 200 atm. The mixed gas contains at least CH4, CO2, and N2. A water content of the mixed gas is made less than or equal to 3000 ppm. The zeolite membrane allows CO2 and N2 in the mixed gas to permeate therethrough, to thereby separate CO2 and N2 from CH4. The zeolite membrane is made of zeolite. The zeolite contains Al. A ratio of alkali metal to whole framework elements in the zeolite is less than or equal to 6.0 mol %. An amount of substance of the alkali metal in the zeolite is less than an amount of substance of Al.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a method for recovering an acid or a base during a metal extraction process. The method comprises contacting a feed stream comprising the acid or base and the metal with an ultrafiltration membrane to produce an ultrafiltration retentate and an ultrafiltration permeate, and contacting the ultrafiltration permeate with a nanofiltration membrane. The nanofiltration retentate produced comprises a majority of the metal from the feed stream, and the nanofiltration permeate produced comprises a majority of the acid or base from the feed stream. Also disclosed herein is a recovery apparatus for recovering an acid or a base during a metal extraction process.

摘要： A reverse osmosis membrane separation device includes: a reverse osmosis membrane module; a flow rate detecting unit configured to detect a flow rate of permeate water to output a detected flow rate value corresponding to the flow rate; a pressure pump configured to be driven at a rotation speed corresponding to an input drive frequency and to feed supply water to the reverse osmosis membrane module; an inverter configured to output a drive frequency corresponding to an input current value signal to the pressure pump; and a control unit configured to calculate a drive frequency of the pressure pump by a velocity type digital PID algorithm, such that a detected flow rate value output from the flow rate detecting unit becomes a target flow rate value that is set in advance to output a current value signal corresponding to a calculation value of the drive frequency to the inverter.
