摘要： A module for dispensing a product intended to be mounted on a conduit (4) for pressurized supply of the product. The module has a path (2) for retrieving the product from a supply passage (5) which is intended to be in communication with the conduit to a passage (3) for discharging the product for the dispensing thereof. The retrieval path having at least one downstream conduit that opens into the discharge passage (3) and at least one upstream conduit that is in communication with the supply passage (5). The upstream and downstream conduits having a U-shaped junction that is designed to place the conduits in communication. At least one of the conduits being delimited by at least one wall that is capable of providing a microbiocidal action on the product contained in the conduit.

摘要： A dispenser system including a storage container a medium, having an outlet valve, a dispenser module having a medium chamber, a pumping device that is actuated to discharge medium from the medium chamber and having an inlet valve, and an actuating device. The medium chamber is a sealed chamber having a variable volume, and the dispenser module is coupled to the storage container to fill the medium chamber. During filling, the inlet valve and the outlet valve are opened such that the medium chamber communicates with the storage container. The actuating device has a magnet and a magnetic or magnetizable element interacting therewith for a volume change of the medium chamber. The actuating device causes a volume of the medium chamber to be enlarged to produce a differential pressure between the medium chamber and the storage container to convey medium out of the storage container into the medium chamber.

Movement of the obturator (3) is governed by restricted flow through control openings (28) at the rear of the control chamber. Restoration of the obturator to the back of the control chamber facilitates repeated dosing. An elastomeric element (6) of resiliently deformable material promotes a seal to achieve a cleanly defined dose. In one proposal the elastomeric element coats the surface of the obturator and/or the outlet tube (64) to cut off the flow. Another proposal provides a one-way elastomeric valve element (63) for blocking the flow openings to enable rapid recovery after a dosing operation.

摘要： A foam dispensing device is comprised of a collapsible container and a spongy foam-producing insert. The container consists of a holding section, a dispensing section, and a dispensing orifice. It is filled with a foamable liquid, and, when it is compressed, the foamable liquid is pushed through the foam producing means and exits the orifice as foam. Also claimed is an embodiment of the invention wherein a second solution is stored in the spongy material and dissolved as the foamable liquid is expelled from the container. This device allows for a more simplistic and inexpensive system to deliver foam stored as a foamable liquid. The design also lends itself to be used for various medical applications, especially in ophthalmology.

摘要： A dispensing cap is disclosed for mixing a primary flowable substance, such as a soap, lotion, or the like, with a small dose of a secondary flowable substance, such as a fragrance. The dispensing cap includes a plurality of reservoirs containing a plurality of secondary flowable substances. Each of the reservoirs is associated with a secondary piston that, when actuated, causes the secondary flowable substance to be expelled from the reservoir into a mixing chamber in the cap, where it is mixed with the primary flowable substance. Upon mixing the two are dispensed together from a dispensing end of the cap. A selector ring is provided to enable the user to select one of the plurality of reservoirs. The selector ring has an actuation flange that aligns with the secondary piston that is associated with the selected reservoir. The selector ring is engaged with the main piston so, as the primary flowable substance is introduced into the mixing chamber via movement of the main piston, the selector ring and flange are pressed down onto the selected secondary piston, which expels a quantity of selected secondary flowable substance into the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber may have mixing vanes or other physical features to enhance mixing of the primary and secondary flowable substances. The cap may have a lockout feature that prevents actuation if the selected reservoir is empty. The cap may also have a visual indicator that informs the user of a level of secondary flowable substance within the secondary reservoir.
