摘要： An improved, high-capacity die assembly (10) for a food or feed extruder (12) is provided and is particularly useful for the production of high quality aquatic feeds. The die assembly (10) includes a mount (20), which is secured to the discharge end of an extruder barrel (14), with a plurality of tubular die components (22, 24) coupled with the mount (20). Each component (22,24) includes wall structure (38) defining an outwardly diverging tubular chamber (40) with a die plate assembly (50) coupled to the outer end of the wall structure (38). A flow diverter element (54) is located within each chamber (40) and has a large diameter end adjacent the assembly (50) and a smaller diameter end closer to the chamber inlet. The assembly (50) has a plurality of openings (52) outboard of the element (54).

摘要： Composites containing one or more synthetic plastics, such as thermoplastics, one or more natural materials, such as plant/tree fibers, and biochar and/or torrefied material are described herein. The composite can contain additional additives, such as reinforcing agents and/or fibers, compatibilizers, etc. The composites have improved mechanical and/or physical properties, such as strength, impact strength, rigidity/modulus, heat deflection temperature, moldability/melt flow index, renewability, and lower cost compared to composites that do not contain the biochar and/or torrefied material. The presence of the biochar and/or torrefied material also serves to remove the odor often associated with natural fibers and other additives.

摘要： This invention relates to the preparation of a dynamically vulcanized alloy comprising at least one elastomer and at least one thermoplastic resin. More specifically, the process produces dynamically vulcanized alloys with unique morphological features which have good impermeability and low temperature flexibility. In the process, the thermoplastic resin is added into the extruder in two stages with an intermediate addition of a compatibilizer. Also during the final addition of thermoplastic resin, the elastomeric curatives are added to the extruder.

摘要： The present invention relates to a continuous manufacturing process for a rubber masterbatch and a rubber masterbatch prepared therefrom. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: step 1): a filler is added to a rubber solution, forming a rubber/filler/solvent mixture by stirring; and step 2): the solvent is removed and the mixture is dried, resulting in a rubber/filler masterbatch. The present invention also relates to a masterbatch prepared by the above-mentioned process and a rubber article prepared using the masterbatch. Compared to the wet mixing technologies in the prior art, the present invention has no specific requirements of rubber and filler, with a wider scope of usage. In addition, the filler has a high dispersion in rubber compounds, the production process thereof is continuous, highly efficient, low in energy consumption and labour, and thus low in cost.

摘要： An extrusion forming apparatus includes an extruding section, a chamber drum, and a forming section. The extruding section kneads a material including a ceramic raw material and extrudes a kneaded material. The chamber drum has a first space portion having a first extruding direction extending portion through which the kneaded material is allowed to flow in an extruding direction, and a second space portion which has a second extruding direction extending portion extending in the extruding direction and a direction changing portion bending from the extruding direction to a downward direction, to allow the kneaded material to flow in the downward direction changed from the extruding direction. The second space portion has a cross section obtained by isotropically decreasing a cross section of the first space portion perpendicular to a flow-through direction of the kneaded material. The forming section has a die to extrude a ceramic formed body.
