摘要： The invention relates to a method and to an assembly for recycling plastic materials, comprising the following processing steps: a) reprocessing the raw material, wherein the material, if necessary, is comminuted and brought into a fluid-like form and heated and permanently mixed, while preserving the lumpiness and pourability thereof, and optionally the viscosity thereof is increased and/or it is degassed, softened, dried and/or crystallized; b) melting the reprocessed material, at least so much that filtration is possible; c) filtering the melt in order to remove impurities; d) homogenizing the filtered melt; e) degassing the homogenized melt; and f) discharging and/or subsequently processing the melt, such as by granulation, blown film processing, with said processing steps being carried out consecutively in the order listed.

The composition may further include an additive dispersed in the fluid. The fluid may be a thermopolymer material. A method of extruding the fluid includes feeding the fluid into an extruder, feeding additives into the extruder, feeding a material into the extruder, passing the material through a mixing zone in the extruder to disperse the material within the fluid wherein the material migrates to a boundary layer of the fluid to promote kinetic mixing of the additives within the fluid, the kinetic mixing taking place in a non-linear viscosity zone.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for processing of waste and in particular processing involving a volumetric reduction of waste materials. There is an apparatus for processing waste material comprising a compaction compartment for receipt of waste material, the compaction compartment have a screw vane for processing waste material through the compaction compartment and a waste material outlet. In one aspect the apparatus comprises a heating zone including an arrangement for heating the waste material received from the waste outlet, the apparatus further comprising a cooling zone including a cooling arrangement for cooling the waste material received from the heating zone. In another aspect, at least one of the screw vane or wall comprises one or more ports therein for transfer of liquid from the waste material, the one or more ports having a port inlet and a port outlet, wherein the area of the opening defined by the port inlet is different to the area of the opening defined by the port outlet. In a further aspect, a heating zone for receiving waste material from the waste material outlet is provided where the heating zone includes an arrangement for heating the waste material in the heating zone, and a blocking element for impeding movement of waste material from the heating zone.

摘要： A counter-rotating twin screw extruder includes a motor that generates power through speed reduction of a gear box to directly or indirectly drive two symmetric screw shafts inside an enclosure barrel for synchronous but opposite rotations. Each screw shaft is fit with at least one section of screw and the two screws forms screw flight that are set in opposite directions and alternating each other. The barrel contains therein at least one flow restriction die. A bearing box is set between the barrel and the gear box. The purpose is to reduce unnecessarily induced mechanical energy during the conveyance of material and the advantages of using an independent bearing box are that manufacturing costs are reduced and consumption of energy is cut down. Parts wearing is reduced and durability is enhanced to eventually realize carbon reduction and energy saving.

摘要： A device for producing a high density compact livestock feed from a loose granular material according to various embodiment can include a source for supplying a loose granular material to be treated. A series of successive treatment zones comprises a heating zone, a compression zone, and a cooling zone. The heating zone comprises at least one heater and at least one screw compression dryer configured to receive the loose granular material to be treated for drying. Rotation of the screw transfers the treated material to the compression zone. The compression zone comprises a compression chamber for compacting the treated material to form a high density compact body. The treated material is pressed through the compression chamber while a two-dimensional cross-section compression is applied to the treated material. The cooling zone comprises a cooling unit for cooling the high density compact body received from the compression zone.
